Other things to note
The Hot Tub on your deck is as advertised, a hot tub only not a spa pool, as the jets are permanently disconnected. It is a tranquil hot tub, with the water filtering with ozone purification but is has no "jets", (air blowing into it) to cause bubbling, just tiny bubbles from the filtration.

- "We came to the island for a wedding but wanted to stay an extra night. The location was great. You could see palm beach from the porch of the property. Very short walk to Palm Beach which had a great little restaurant and store right by it. The resort has a good restaurant as well, which is right there. If you are not in your own vehicle I would suggest taking a cab to the property with luggage. The walk to the property from the bus we took had a pretty steep climb to do with all of our bags. The hot tub was great!"

Even if the answer was no to our requests, the absolute halt in communication for an expense that was quite significant and the loyalty we've had towards this property has left a distasteful impression when booking this property with this Property Manager. We have now escalated to Bookabach who have yet to respond. Overall, I'd suggest booking through a different provider and hopefully different person managing the property as it is really an unfortunate situation when the property itself is just so beautiful in ever sense of the word and we will miss being able to return. I had to have swift words to remind them of the privacy we expected. The linen provided was poor and low quality. Bathrooms had no hand towels, cleanliness marginal and cluttered with their personal items. Some beds only had a bottom sheet and duvet. No top sheet. The kitchen equipment provided was adequate but the dishwasher was broken. 90% of the kitchen is inaccessible. The owners belongings are everywhere and it was not until the total $ amount was automatically deducted when booking the house, did the owners email me to advise they would be staying onsite (initially in the study) during our entire stay. Not happy. We did negotiate a cash back deal in return for our group not using all bedrooms. And the communication with Monica was pleasant. She even setup the dining table for us which was a lovely touch. So renters beware - for us we had a reunion weekend so the location to Westfield Newmarket is superb (15 min walk), the pool area and grounds well maintained. The spa pool was cold so therefore useless to us. Inspect first before paying $$$$."

Living Spaces
Your holiday home on the ground floor of the villa consists of one king bedroom with a king bed, one bedroom with a queen bed, a lounge, dining room, bathroom and separate toilet. All main rooms open through glass sliding doors to the views. Parking is available on the property and you have your own private access to your space.
The upstairs of the property is our private home, so we are easily available if you need anything, but you can have all the privacy you want since our paths won’t cross except perhaps at the front of the property. You can text or email us if you have any queries during your stay.

There is a large table for dining as well as for using as a desk. However, if you wish to do so, you could eat outside in front of the fire or at the bistro table on the deck. There is also a portable table and chair set in the lounge cupboard, which you could place wherever you want, including on the beach. - "This little villa is absolutely beautiful, even more so than it seemed in the listing. It's inside a resort, so you have access to the resort amenities, but is a separate and distinct home in there. It has 2 well-proportioned bedrooms upstairs with a shared balcony. They were very flexible with check-in time (we arrived very early and they let us drop off our bags and then had the place ready for us 2 hours before check-in without any charge), allowed us access to a car for a reasonable price, and also reached out to let us know there was availability the next day if we wanted to stay. The apartment is about a ten minute walk down the hill to the beach, and there's canoes you can use if you wish. The hill is quite steep but it's worth it because the view is STUNNING from the house, overlooking the bay. The resort has a pool, mini-golf, restaurant & bar. The food and wine are high quality. There's a small fee to use the pool area. Easy to get a taxi. The wifi is a bit spotty and came in and out, however looking at the available wifi networks that appears to be an island issue vs. this particular home. There's a TV in the living room, and one in the bedroom; they are not Smart devices to you can't access the usual streaming apps or beam from your phone; I would recommend packing a fire-stick or apple TV to use, wifi permitting. All around, a great experience which exceeded our expectations, especially given the very reasonable price. Would stay here again for sure."
