A tranquil retreat in Mt Eden offering a Private bedroom with shared living spaces. Beautiful backyard and sunny deck. Cooking is allowed, Conveniently located near cafés and shops Dominion Road, it's just a short drive to the CBD, Viaduct, Sky City, and tourist spots. This Vila perfectly combines peace and convenience for a relaxing stay. Meals are available upon request for $10.

Sunny and relaxing, close to the city centre, motorways, cafes, restaurants, shopping centre , bus and train within walking distance and other amenities. The room is a double room with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bathroom is semi-private..when my grandchildren and family are around they might use it...(there is another bathroom upstairs) and it has the laundry cupboard in it with the washing machine and dryer.

Other things to note
My home is a real family home...I look after my l grandchildren regularly so the house isn't always spick or span. The bathroom downstairs has the laundry cupboard in it ...a washing machine and dryer...and is mostly for guest use, although I do use it when the grandchildren are here and when there is laundry to be done, so guests need to be comfortable with that arrangement. For longer stays, guests usually do their own laundry..I provide clean sheets and towels--and vacuum the room when it suits them.)
