Motupipi sits on a private peninsula consisting of 20 hectares of native bush with beachfront access. Accommodation consists of a fully self-contained two bedroom cottage which has spectacular views from the deck, which is only 50 metres from the shoreline. The property includes a 1.2 kilometre bush walk which is fabulous for viewing native flora and birdlife. At night, sit on the deck and listen to the morepork and kiwi calling.

There is a nice new conservatory so your dog can sleep inside safe and secure. We are happy to baby sit (only dogs, not children!) if you would like to go out for the day sailing or fishing in the bay of Islands, and can't take the dog.

As it was winter, we loved the wood burner and the supplies of wood etc to keep things cosy. We met Tracey briefly on arrival and immediately felt at ease.
