Within minutes of Tom Grant Drive, the local primary school, and the medical centre. It has a separate garage in a spacious partly fenced garden with a variety of fruit trees. Nights on Broadway HOUSE is a super comfy 3 bedroom house with a separate lounge set within walking distance of all the great restaurants, cafes and shops Matamata has to offer. Two bedrooms have king size beds and the other bedroom has 2 single beds. The house a large kitchen dining area & has full cooking facilities plus smart TV's in each room. Heat pump/aircon units provide warmth in winter and cool in the summer.
We are on the Hauraki Rail Trail and can provide lock up facilities for your bikes.

The pool house is a spacious design created to enjoy the tranquility of the water with large opening sliders. Our 12m pool is heated from November - April.

The living space includes a luxurious queen bed, lounge, dinning area with kitchenette and bar opening to the pool area.

Conveniently located within walking distance to the town center and Matamata isite visitors centre.

Guest access
You will have full access to the pool house and pool house enclosure. We have a Private Gym in our garage which I personal train from, on request the gym can be booked privately for guests.

Other things to note
We have a beautiful 2yr old Maltese x Shitzu that will be in the property. Teddy will be unable to get into your private area. In the evening he will be locked in the house so if you are coming and going from the property there will be no issue.

Please note there is no cooking facilities apart from a Jug and Toaster with complimentary Tea n Coffee.
