A private, peaceful place, but so close to town, separate and away from main dwelling, you'll have 135sqm of space plus two lawn areas, one fully fenced with patio and furniture.
The space:
One queen bed, and five more singles available, we can set the space up to your individual requirements. Well set out to accommodate one person, couples, groups, and families. Because the space is large and well set up, it can easily cater for professionals or groups working away. There is a separate bathroom, large kitchen area, two comfortable seating areas, bar fridge and large fridge, especially useful for groups, and also a freezer. A bench top stove with two hobs and oven, and a microwave. There is an office desk, and an ergonomic chair. Two heat pumps keep the whole area lovely and warm in winter, or nice and cool in summer. Fully fenced lawn area directly off the space, child and pet friendly, and another lawn on the other side of the space for your use as well. A lovely park is right next door and the space looks out on it. Wi Fi, 65 inch smart TV with Netflix, etc. There is a pool table for your entertainment. A modern cot and highchair are both available on request, there is no charge for either of these.

Parking is free, off street right outside your front door, space for around eight cars if needed when a group is staying. Also room for larger vehicles.

Other things to note
Around 10 minutes drive to Hobbiton, and Wairere Falls. Cycle the Matamata - Paeroa cycle trail, visit the Opal Hot Springs, or Firth Tower and Museum. Under an hour to Tauranga or Mt Maunganui, Hamilton - ideal for FIFA World Cup in July - or Rotorua, around two hours to Auckland CBD. Ample dining options, restaurants, takeaways, all just a couple of minutes drive away, or a ten minute walk. If you wish to check in early or check out late, we will accommodate this if possible. We can store luggage if you want to travel away, and then return. If you are arriving to town by bus, we can collect you and drop you off by arrangement, there is no fee for this. We have airport transfers, and some private tours available. We can also drop you off and pick you up from Hobbiton or an event you are attending as a service by arrangement. If you are celebrating a special event, we can put any extra items in for your arrival on request, flowers, champagne, chocolates, etc please enquire if this is the case. Heat pump/aircon units provide warmth in winter and cool in the summer.
We are on the Hauraki Rail Trail and can provide lock up facilities for your bikes.
