This space also contains the sofa bed which is the sleeping arrangement for guest numbers 9/10.
Large train tracks outside to run the Polar Express train! Heated by 2 big heatpumps upstairs, and a gas fire downstairs, the house is cosy warm on a cold day. Or run them on cooling if you need to escape the heat in summer! A portacot with sheets is available on request. Note that the living space and most of the bedrooms are upstairs. And that we have called it retro for a reason, some things aren't brand new (like the carpet and the wallpaper) but the furniture and the beds are.

- "This property needed some upgrading. Tv and there was too much knickknacks around, kitchen was fill of old stuff like someone brought everything in sight from a second hand shop. Granted view was beautiful and the cat there was great company but there was no cat food. Wasn't sure if the cat lived there or not. Had cat door and cat slept on bed. GIn in fridge was cute touch and coffee machine but place needed update bed linen and declutter."

There were jandals at the front door (and slippers in every room around the house) which made it feel like the owners had just popped out and were about to return at any moment. House is above street level. Park on the street as it is a fairly narrow driveway which is difficult for most people to turn/ reverse. Can fit one car that is usually mine.
You may use my parking under certain circumstances and only with prior arrangements.
Walk up the walkway (also driveway) towards the blue house at end of the drive. There are 18 steps.

At top of the steps, you will see a yellow door. Do not use the gate in front of you, rather turn left at the yellow door to come up the front door.
