While our cul-de-sac is generally a quiet little street, there is a walkway beside my house through to the back which people - largely kids on their way to schools walk through - and it can be heard from the house / garden. Generally lovely, friendly neighbours though :)

I have owned the house for just a couple of years - still very much a work in progress getting it completely sorted, but I do love it :)

We have a perfect base for you to explore the many outdoor wonders of Rotorua. Top neighborhood and very quiet St. This is an older 2 bedroom basement apartment with private entrance but no actual door between the 2 rooms just a curtain and no lounge. Kitchenette but no cooking allowed apart from using the microwave. 10 mins drive to most tourist attractions, golf courses, bike trails. 1 hour drive to Hobbiton, Lake Taupo, Pacific ocean. Sky TV.
Not flash at all, but clean and comfortable.

The space
The apartment is old but fully self contained with 5 rooms all to yourself. 1 Main Bedroom, 2 second bedroom, 3 huge tidy laundry with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, table and chairs, 4 Bathroom, 5 table tennis room. No Kitchen. No cooking facilities and no cooking except microwave. Do not bring any cooking appliances.
