This is a 4 bedroom Villa with two super king-size beds, one queen-size, one king single-size and a single bed. We have one bedroom with a bathroom and also have a public toilet in the downstairs. Upstairs there are three rooms and two bathrooms. We have used high-quality bedding.

- One Love Festival 2025: Join Aotearoa's ultimate reggae festival on January 25-26, 2025, at Tauranga Domain. The lineup features 46 acts, including international and iconic artists such as Maoli, Rebel Souljahz, Katchafire, and more. The festival will feature two stages—the main stage and an Aotearoa stage celebrating Kiwi music.

Rural setting and close to the motorway, making your connection to Hamilton and Auckland convenient. Cafe, BP, sushi, Maccas, indian, cafe, Taco Bell and more 3 min drive and 3 min to Gordonton Village where you will fing our favourite fruit and vege co-op, Gordonton superette, Ralph lighting, an art gallery and more. 2min to Woodlands Estate (reccomended), and Alpaca stud, 8 min to Zealong Estate (reccomended- book ahead), and the hop n stop in cafe (great kiwi tucker, next to the Waikato river). 20min ish, to Hamilton Airport on expressway. Please note spa is a short walk at neighboring property available for guests to use.
