The space:
The 1 bedroom sleepout with kitchenette. The unit is located down the drive past the main 3 bed house (also available to rent)

Double mattress with a topper is decent quality and comfortable purchased when I started to host.
Adult not to sleep on the top bunk as it has a weight restriction. There will be a extra linen charge for single to be used without prior arrangement. Booking suits a couple on the bottom with a child on top.

Some basic benchtop cooking appliances (airfryer, electric frypan, steamer, rice cooker) and the use of BBQ if needed.

The shower has really good pressure.

TV has a satellite box with freeview, TVNZ on demand and Netflix etc (BYO passwords).

Gets all the afternoon sun so it's nice a warm. Ample heaters. Will provide a fan in the summer.
Small outdoor setting on the patio. I've added trellis and waiting for my climbers to grow for added privacy.

There is a small fold up table for dining with 2 chairs and beanbag eating trays to use if your prefer to eat at the couch.

Onsite parking.

I have upgraded the guest laundry washing machine (sept 2022) Available for 5day+ stays. If you need it during a shorter stay please ask about access.

Please note there could be myself or another guest in the main house during your stay. They may need to park down the drive. I trust you will both respect each other space and quiet.

Guest access:
The unit is behind the main house (Note I may have other guests, this can be booked separately). Drive down past the house and park in front of garage with enough room for another car beside you.

There is a keybox on the first post outside the room under the sensor light. I'll give you the code day of check in as cleaner changes it with every guest.

Please feel free to explore the garden and be comfortable.

There is a bus stop around the corner on the main road. Easy access to state highway for travel North or Sputh bound.
Other things to note
Price for 2 people based on ONE bed being used (double). If you need the top bunk there will be an extra linen charge. Please let me know prior so I can make the bed up. Top bunk for a child not an adult due to weight restrictions. linen charge for top bunk being used unless 3rd person added.

Kitchenette is pictured but not in operation, the sink works for you to wash dishes.
3 in 1 Air fryer cooks like a bench top oven, dehydrates food, rotisserie basket and spit.

Unit is metered, excessive power may incur extra charges.

I have a child in the main house. Sometimes I have a dog here. There MAY the odd time be other guests in the main house as it's on AirBnB to. Please be considerate of each other.
