The space
The property itself is a light and bright self-contained apartment which has been recently renovated and refreshed.

The apartment offers a main bedroom with a King size bed, a spacious open plan living/dining area that offers a foldout couch with a double mattress and a modern ensuite bathroom providing comfortable lodgings.

It is ideal for a family, or up to 4 adults with all of the amenities you need for a comfortable stay including a breakfast bar for 4 adults, a toaster, jug, fridge, induction plate and microwave with a built in warmer function. There is also plenty of storage available if you need it.

Guest access
It has its own private secure access and is separated by a locked off passageway to the main house, providing privacy for you and your guests. It also comes with the convenience of up to two dedicated car parks off the main road.

We are a short 3 minute walk to the charming Mangawhai village which has a petrol station, shops, restaurants and the famous Bennetts Chocolate Factory which has incredible breakfasts and brunches. On the weekends the town comes alive with vibrant weekend markets at the Mangawhai Tavern and at the local Mangawhai school which offer charming arts, crafts and artisan foods also within an easy walking distance.

In a short drive either direction you can be surfing at the stunning beaches of Mangawhai Heads or Te Arai, playing golf at world class courses like Tara Iti or strolling along some of the most scenic coastal walks in the North Island. If you prefer a calmer pace you can head on down to the Mangawahi estuary which offers a safe and shallow option for tanning, swimming and water sports in a lagoon style environment.

If you enjoy fishing and diving, Mangawhai is also renown for its access to famous spots offering Snapper, Kahawai and Yellowtail Kingfish within an easy boat ride.
