The accommodation is ideally suited for a couple, or two persons requiring a bedroom each, however we only accept two persons staying in the apartment at a time, and is not suitable for children

A comfortable place to call home, nestled in the quiet neighborhood of Matauwhi Bay, approximately 10 minutes walk on the flat into the historic village of Russell. Out of the bustle of the main centre, you are close to town, opposite the Russell Boat Club and have a place to call home.

The flat is fully self contained with a fully functional kitchen, spacious bathroom and laundry tub, books and card games are available if you wish to relax and chill out. A separate pathway leads up to the flat; off street parking is available in the driveway below.

The Studio started its life as an old Laundry at the world famous Duke of Marlborough Hotel. Rescued from demolition and lovingly repurposed, the Studio is now available to let from 1 December to 28 February or by special request.

Located on Oneroa road and looking out over Russell bay, the apartment is walking distance to town where you'll find shops, cafes, restaurants and activities all within easy reach. It is also just a short stroll in the other direction to beautiful long beach for swimming and beach walks.

The space is private, cool in summer, quiet and comfortable and has a large deck with outdoor dining table, BBQ and table tennis table. This is the perfect base for a family or couple of friends

Our current listed rates are based on 2 guests sharing one room with an extra guest fee of $30pp per night for additional beds as required. If you would like the use of two rooms for two people or require the fold out couch for 4 guests, this is of course possible we simply have a $20 laundry fee to cover the extra linen used.

Everything a minute's walk away, yet peaceful and private with your secret garden below and a conservatory to enjoy sun or shade, open or closed as you wish. Cross the road and green space and you are at the beach. Cafes and shops all around. A reserved space for parking in front. Fully furnished and equipped with everything you need.
