There is a front loader washing machine in the Apartment bathroom and a clothes line to the west. Will&Able laundry powder or liquid is provided in the Apartment bathroom on the ground floor.

PARKING
Parking is on the driveway and on the lawn to the east (street side) for the Beach House, and for the Apartment, is the full depth to the north of the unit, which can be used for your vehicles or boat parking.
Note: The garage is not included with this booking currently.

ACCESS
The Beach House has a digital lock on the main entry door.

SECURITY CAMERA
To the left of the garage door is a smart security camera door bell to assist guests with any access issues and for security purposes. Within the garage is a security camera to monitor this excluded area.

Wi-Fi Ultra Fast Fibre is provided.

SMART TELEVISION
A 40” Smart television in the Apartment is connected to the internet via the Wi Fi. You’re welcome to log in to your own Netflix and other apps using the television remotes.

WASHING MACHINE
There is a front loader washing machine in the Apartment bathroom and a clothes line to the west. Will&Able laundry powder or liquid is provided in the Apartment bathroom on the ground floor.

BBQ & COOKING
The Apartment has kitchenette including a ZIP frypan, sandwich press, on bench induction cook top and as well as other cooking utensils.
There is no BBQ with the Apartment.

CLEANING
There are plenty of cleaners under the kitchen sink and in the bathroom cupboards, which includes additional linen, towels, blue bags, an iron, clothes baskets, etc. Toilet rolls are located in the vanities of each bathroom. We use Willandable.co.nz cleaners where possible.
There is a central vacuum system with connection by the fridge and in the hallways. Just plug in the hose and the switch is on the handle to turn it on.

Additional cleaning and a turn down service is available on request.

This is great space for couples and families. The Apartment (or the "Tree house" as our youngster calls it), is located upstairs on the first floor. It has a deck space that wraps around the apartment on three sides. The front deck is perfect for morning sun and sipping on your early morning coffee. The back deck has a great outdoor and entertaining space which feature a BBQ area and outdoor lounging. It's perfect for soaking up the afternoon sun.
The back deck opens up to the entrance to the pool area, where you can cool off, suntan on the loungers or relax in the Spa pool.

Both bedrooms are spacious, with a Queen size beds and both bedrooms have sliding doors, opening up on the deck space.

The open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room is fully equipped with a high standard of quality furnishing and glassware.

We have unlimited wifi for you to use and two underground designated car park spaces, keeping your cars cool and out of the sun in those summer months.

We often keep our surf boards, kayak, stand up paddle boards, beach umbrella's and bikes here. If they are here, you are welcome to use them for an additional $50 per stay.

Spectacular views! Beachfront 1 bedroom apartment,1 of 7 units. There is a shared great lawn out front to relax or play on. The sand dunes and beach are Hop skip and a jump from the apartment. The perfect location for water play, surfing, kayaking, swimming, paddle boarding etc. There is a boat ramp around the corner as well. This is also the perfect location to walk to main street, 3-5 Minutes to find shopping and restaurants. There is something for everyone

There is a beautiful bush walk from the property which takes around 45 minutes to the Wentworth waterfall, goldmines in the back yard, landscaped grounds, beautiful native bush with associated bird life.

The space
The main bed is a super king Sleepyhead Commercial with two electric blankets and a comfortable mattress topper - so so comfortable.
Second bed is a brand new Sleepyhead Queen size.

Guest access
You are welcome to explore all our grounds so don't be shy and take an apple, nectarine plum, fig, orange, mandarin, lemon, or lime from the orchard in season.

We also have another apartment upstairs which is a mirror image that can be made available if you require the entire building at additional costs and then you could house as many as 8 people.

If you are booking over the Xmas period it is possible that we may have family in the upstairs apartment but under strict instruction to not disturb the occupants of the lower apartment. Ordinarily we do not let out to upstairs apartment when there are guests below. However if someone wants to take both apartments to suit a group of up to 8 people we will let the whole building.

We take guests health and safety seriously and have a full first aid kit in the apartment and a defibrillator onsite in case of a heart attack.

Guests have full access to the apartment. Please note that being a rooftop apartment, it is located up two flights of stairs. It is also important to note that the central location of this apartment means that it is located within the hustle and bustle of our small town. The apartment has been recently renovated so is relatively quiet, but is located above a Superette and shared office space which may create slight noise disruption from time to time.

Please also note that we have recently installed a beehive on our back roof terrace - this is super exciting for us as eventually we will be able to offer our guests honey. The hive is on a separate balcony to the main roof terrace which is only accessed via one of the bedrooms. The bees will not disturb you (as long as you don't disturb them of course).

This spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is the perfect holiday pad for small families or groups of friends who want to be near the beach and town centre of Whangamata.

The master bedroom is on the top floor, and offers fantastic views, plus it's own ensuite bathroom.

On the floor below, there are 2 bedrooms and another bathroom, with a shower over bath, and a separate toilet. The living area has expansive views and opens onto the deck, which is the ultimate spot to fire up the BBQ or relax with a glass of wine while taking in the scenery.

The ground floor of this apartment has a separate, private apartment which may be tenanted during your stay. Your apartment has it's own separate entrance. However the yard around the apartment, parking area and the clothesline are shared with the apartment below.

It is also very important to note that the yard is not fenced off, and there are areas on the grounds that have a drop. It is not safe for young children to be in the yard area without an adult closely watching them.

*No smoking, no pets. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9pm out of respect for the people in the apartment below, and the neighbours who are close.*

The apartment must be left tidy. Dishes must be washed, dried and put away before departure. The BBQ must be left clean. Maximum 6 guests per stay.
