Delightful 2 bedroom bach with spacious fully fenced section.Situated at the end of a no-exit road adjacent to a reserve. Great walking and cycling tracks. Fantastic in the summer months and also very warm in winter as double glazed & there is a log fire. 10 minute walk through sand hills to Ocean Beach. Sheltered, quiet section with ample space for lounging on the deck chairs. Very suitable young family. Outside pets only - fully fenced. Price $150 a night is for house ONLY for 2 adults & two children. $25 pp for extras. Extra if sleep out is used.
There is a sleep-out with a double bed and bunks (sleeps 5) making this ideal for two "small" families. It has its own toilet and shower. Cool little beach house in awesome location! Only a 5 min walk to the beach, estuary, kids park and bike track, and barely a 2 min walk to the local cafe. Two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed, the other with a double bed, and a sleepout with two single beds. Modern bathroom and all new furniture. DVD library available for the rainy days and bodyboards for when you hit the beach. Two outdoor living areas with a BBQ, Pizza Oven and a great Spa Pool! Fully fenced section with secure off street parking.

Free wifi is available at the Bach.

The house is on a rear section. It is sheltered from the wind and gets lots of natural sunlight.

It is situated in a very handy location. Ocean Beach Eatery, a great cafe and bar, is located 150 metres along Signal Street. The beach itself can be accessed via a short walk up Trafalgar Street (350m) or via Ocean Beach Street (500m).

Mr Grumpy's fish ‘n chip shop and the local 4 Square supermarket are both within a 3 minute drive.

The Manawatu Marine Boating Club is also within walking distance along the estuary frontage, and offers both bar and dining.

A great 3 bedroom family house that sleeps 8 plus which includes 2 extra rooms in the sleepout . Or, for the extended family or friends there is the option to use the dormitory as well which can sleep up to 20 in total. In a quiet location just a short walk to the beach and Ocean Beach Eatery and Ice Cream parlour.
The house is on a large section with ample parking for cars and boats with a well laid out garden all round
A fully fenced back garden area, large deck with outdoor lighting, plenty of seating and a barbeque make it ideal for those long summer evenings .
The main living area in the house is open planned with a log fire in the centre. There are two big glass doors leading straight out from this area onto the large deck so it has great indoor outdoor flow.
For families of 8 or less the house is a perfect holiday home-or if you are wanting to get away with extended family and friends there is the option to use the sleep out as well. This is connected to the side of the main house and has 1 double room and a main sleeping area which houses 3 bunk beds and 2 single beds.
There is a toilet and shower room in the sleep out as well as the laundry room which has a washing machine and dryer.
Family friendly with dvd's , games and jigsaw puzzles.
