Sheltered, quiet section with ample space for lounging on the deck chairs. Very suitable young family. Outside pets only - fully fenced. There is a sleep-out with a double bed and bunks (sleeps 5) making this ideal for two "small" families. It has its own toilet and shower. A great 3 bedroom family house that sleeps 8 plus which includes 2 extra rooms in the sleepout . Or, for the extended family or friends there is the option to use the dormitory as well which can sleep up to 20 in total. In a quiet location just a short walk to the beach and Ocean Beach Eatery and Ice Cream parlour.
The house is on a large section with ample parking for cars and boats with a well laid out garden all round

This is your get-away bach. You can get away from the bustle of your life, your stressful jobs and the noise. It's pretty darn quiet here. And at night the sky is dark so the stars shine. You can also get to experience the extra warmth and sunshine Foxton Beach has to offer. In winter you can snuggle under the colourful quilts, snooze in the comfy beds, and relish the heat from heaters in every room. In summer you can sit out on the veranda (in the shade, and out of the prevailing wind) to watch the world go by. Deck chairs are stored in the garage.

Walk to the beach in five minutes or drive in one. It's a fabulous wide beach at low tide for short and long walks; awesome for swimming and boogie boarding when the surf patrol is out; and sliding down sand dunes when the water isn't warm enough for you.

A full kitchen so you can cook for yourself if you want, a bread-maker to bake that fresh loaf for the morning, or just walk 50 metres to the Ocean Beach Eatery for whatever you fancy. A garage full of toys for the adults and kids (bikes (two adult, two children - 5/6 years and 7/8 years) and boogie boards, games), and reading books, magazines for young and old to while-away the hours. There is a Chargrill Gas BBQ for guests to cook on. Please note there is no oven in Breathe.

Our guests enjoy beautiful drinking, showering and bath water via a 6 stage water filtration system that removes chlorine, metals, insecticides, pesticides, nitrates, taste & odour.

The bathroom is modern and spacious, incorporating a large walk-in tiled mains pressure shower, with the choice of a standard rose or rain head for an awesome showering experience. A large vanity, with plenty of storage, large mirror with cabinet and a luxury double spa bath complete the picture.

The queen bedroom is sunny and warm and is fitted out with a lovely comfortable queen bed and unique décor. The queen room also has a 43" Panasonic Smart TV, purchased and installed August 2022. A whole house water filtration system has been fitted with 6 stage filtration giving our guests premium water to drink and shower in.

There is a full kitchen with oven, microwave, cookware, crockery, cutlery, family size fridge/freezer and pantry to store you food.

The washing machine located in the bathroom which has been modernised with new flooring and vanity. There's also a shower on mains pressure with the addition of a rain-head.

There' s a 58" 2021 Smart TV for guests to use. No sky but Netflix, YouTube and freeview channels available.

The main bedroom is a double with a really comfy queen sized bed, with the second bedroom being very small with a single bed and shelving for extra storage, if guests require it.

For the comfort of our guests, we installed a band new heat pump in May 2022. The heat pumps keeps Memories lovey, toasty and warm.

Positioned in a sleepy beach cul-de-sac you will find 'The Smurf Shack' - This property is all about family fun and relaxation! A perfect escape back to those sepia memories of yesteryear. Consists of 2 bedrooms inside and a sleep out at the end of the garden. Covered outside lounge (with lighting and heater), sheltered alfresco dining deck with Weber BBQ and outside games, a garage w fridge, outside tiki bar/sandpit all on a large fully fenced and landscaped section perfect for kids, the dog, and family fun.

Fresh linen, duvets, pillows and towels are provided for all guests.

The space
The Bach is petite in size but big in character. Funky decor, fully double glazed in the Bach, insulated in walls and a new heatpump/aircon. Is was important to us that the bach still has an authentic kiwiana bach feeling while having all the modern conveniences that we need these days. There is wifi and a smart TV meaning you can stay connected and work remotely as required.

Bedroom layout:
The Bach includes a Queen bed in the main bedroom, and a bunk bed in the second bedroom (double on the bottom and a single on the top). There is also a sleepout at the back of the garden which contains a double bed and heater. Please refer to the floor plan provided in the photos.

Fully fenced for children and dog (please ask first, (no cats allowed) and the outside entertaining area and garden is very private and a great place to work or unwind.
Kids? Foxton Beach school and playground is right next door. There is a porter cot, high chair and even a pram in the garage. There are also some bikes for the kids and beach toys and beach towels.

Guests enjoy use of the whole property (minus the Caravan) which is currently being renovated.

All guests should take care in the back garden as there is a retained section without a barrier to prevent falls.There is a trampoline in the garden but as there are no safety mats, all guests should take care if using this and only allow one person on the trampoline at a time. All guests are encouraged to use the handrail when accessing the internal stairs as they are quite steep.
