The house was stocked with everything we could ever need from toys to cooking supplies. We kept laughing because every time we tried to leave the house to go explore another part of the island we always ended up back at home because it was just too comfortable and we didn’t want to be anywhere else, even after a month! We’ve stayed at many other water front houses on Moorea and never loved a spot more. The sand and water out front is amazing for lounging in, it was a short paddle from the sharks and rays and just a 2 min walk down the street from a great waterfront restaurant and the market which is stocked with anything you’d want. The kitchen had tons of supplies and we used the paddle boards and kayaks every day. Tons of comfortable sitting areas, and the property manager was so kind and easy to communicate with. The sunrise and sunset views are so beautiful here and if you like pretty photographs the whole property is a photographer’s dream. Even at night they have up-lighting in the water and on the trees to make it so ambient and the stars at night here are also incredible. It just doesn’t get better than this and coming from seasoned travelers and a group who has stayed on Moorea 5 times in the last 5 years, this is a gem of a vacation rental and we’ll definitely be back!"

Also, although this has nothing to do with the villa, one thing that we weren't prepared for was the proliferation of neighboring roosters who like to make their presence known starting at around 4 am. - "The property was beautiful, photos don't give is justice. Hand carvings on the wood entrance give it a nice feel to the culture. Location was a little outside of town so it was perfect, private, and quiet. Close to 2 grocery stores so easy to get to food and the town is within riding/walking distance. The house was clean, beds were clean and comfy. Filtered water so we could refill our water bottles. Master bathroom was beautiful with huge shower! The dock was fun to walk out on and see crabs and fish. They had a lot of amenities we weren't even expecting. They provided bikes with locks so we could get around. They had an international converter for our phone charger. They had olive oil, margarine, spices and even some ground coffee. There were only two of us staying here but the house is so spacious if you had 5 people you wouldn't be crowded. They even provided some fins and towels. Really just felt like home. It was nice being outside town, we felt more like a local then in a crowded resort. The house was extremely safe, walls all around with a sliding gate. (Everyone is so friendly but the added security was nice). Louana was amazing and so sweet! Extremely helpful and quick to respond when you had any questions. She even helped us arrange a few taxis (gave them directions for pickup). Most the excursions, rentals, and restaurants will pick you up for free if you ask. LAYOUT: Villa Cook accounts 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms with A/C, the 3rd bedroom is a mezzanine for up to 4p), 2 bathrooms with spacious showers, 1 large lounge, 1 equipped kitchen, 1 large covered lanai.



EQUIPMENT: This is a Deluxe Villa with full amenities (washing machine, dryer, etc) with large glass sliding doors all around. The covered lanai opens right on the beach as well as the master bedroom. Each villa has a kitchen with large refrigerator/freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Most also have a TV and DVD player. Free Wi-Fi and hot water are included, as well as free kayaks and snorkeling equipment.



ON-SITE CONCIERGE: in Robinson's Cove Villas there is a property manager acting as a concierge. She lives in her own bungalow within the property and will help you for any inquiry or leisure activity you might wish.

Property review: The location of the property was amazing and as advertised. The property was clean upon arrival. The kayaks were located on this property but is hared amongst another nearby property. I didn't have any issues sharing the kayaks and always seems available for us to use. We brought our own snorkeling equipment so we didn't need to use what was offered. 2 of the 3 rooms have AC but since there were only 4 of us, that was not a problem. The water was literally a few steps away from the porch. That bay has a good amount of rocks and from what I was told at one of the excursions, stone fish (poisonous) are known to make that bay their home. Just something to keep in mind. Sandy bottom locations are not known to have stone fish. I didn't see any during our time there. I am definitely referring this property to family and friends. I hope to return for more relaxation.
