ATTENTION New: Our family of 5 will be moving to the East Coast as of the start of the school year on August 15, 2021. The Taapuna Master is a surf competition held every year in September in the Taapuna Pass, a 5-minute drive from your accommodation.

Every year, the opening of the orange harvest on the heights of the Punaruu valley gives rise to a week of festivities. This harvest is reserved for the 300 members of the Punaruu Valley Protection Association before opening to the general public. The space
The accommodation we offer is an annex house to the family home and is located near a lemon field, hence the name Lemon House. It consists of a total of 3 bedrooms, including: The Tanepau room.

The room is equipped with a large queen size bed (160 x 200), HD TV with Netflix, wardrobe and air conditioning. This is the only one of our rooms that has private bathrooms. It can be ideal for a couple, solo adventurers and even a family with children.

In addition to the room, you have access to the common kitchen which is equipped with a large fridge with freezer, a large gas stove, a microwave, a water fountain, dishes and cutlery,... A large table even completes the common area for meals.

We have set up a protected outdoor lounge nearby so you can meet and/or relax quietly.

A few steps from the accommodation, you will have the opportunity to admire part of the magnificent Bay of Maroe. For the bravest, a breathtaking view of the bay awaits you early in the morning, as soon as the sun rises (depending on the weather).

* If you'd like, we provide families with a crib for infants under one year old, for a total of 1000 XPF.

* We are in French Polynesia, a tropical country where small insects (miles, ants, lizards, ...) and other animals (roosters, vini vini, ...) are an integral part of everyday life. To avoid attracting them even more, be careful not to leave your food out of the closet or refrigerator.;)

* This room is part of an accommodation with 2 more bedrooms. So you might have to share the property and its amenities with other guests (example: kitchen, living room, bathroom).
However, it may also be possible to privatize the accommodation as a whole: Lemon House - Entire home.

Our little house is located in a quiet area and sleeps up to 7 in 3 single air-conditioned bedrooms.
Guests have equipped common areas: lounge, kitchen , bathroom, terrace; as well as kayaks, bikes (not brand new), BBC, washing machine and WiFi.
Nearby: a supermarket, a snack-restaurant
(1 km-400m), from the playgrounds and access to the sea at the public motu (islet) by kayak.

The space
The equipped house (wifi included) has 3 air-conditioned rooms rented individually at a price defying any competition.
The room includes 1 double bed of 1.60*1.90, a closet with storage and an additional mattress on the floor to accommodate 3persons (see additional booking) if necessary.
We also provide sheets, pillowcases, towels, toilet paper and soaps for a minimum of comfort but also laundry basket, small trash can, toothbrush glass and finally towel rack to keep some privacy during her short stay😜...

Guest access
The living room, shower room, kitchen, terrace, are common areas for the tenants of the accommodation.
Guests can get into town by bike in 10 min in good weather or use the kayaks available for a sea ride to "Motu Ofetaro", the nearest public islet (islet).
Nearby, small walking tour possible, with the children or locals, to enjoy the playgrounds like a basketball and beach volleyball court.
Finally, the convenience store in the neighborhood only 600m from the accommodation will surely make your short stay for its proximity.

Other things to note
Check-in (autonomous) is at 12 p.m. and checkout is at 10 p.m.
A small breakfast set (coffee, chocolate powder, tea, sugar, milk powder) as well as basic spices (salt, pepper, oil) will be available to guests in addition to the amenities of the house.

"RESPECT FOR PLACES and PEOPLE" is the key to a pleasant and friendly stay.
The roommates of the house will therefore be required to clean, store or even switch off behind them: appliances (tv, light), appliances (oven, coffee maker), tables, chairs, armchairs, BBC, dishes used...for THEMSELVES and for the OTHER.😊
However, rest assured !the cleaner will pass during the day for a cleaning of the common areas, in case....
Finally, parties or noise nuisance preventing roommates from resting will be prohibited at the property.
The silence is golden after 9 P.M....🙏
