Nestled along side the Clive River are our Studio Motels (we have two of these available).
With Napier, Hastings and Havelock North an easy 12 minute drive, we are conveniently located in the Heart of Hawkes Bay. Clive has proven to be the perfect hub for cycle enthusiasts, with easy access to over 200KM of Hawkes Bay Trails.
Our studio motels are a compact 16m2 and come with a 32" smart TV with Freeview, unlimited Fibre internet, a bathroom, kitchenette and balcony with a garden view.
Guest access
All guests are welcome to use the BBQ facilities and outdoor area in front of their motel. There is also a swing horse and trampoline at the front of the property for the kids.
Other things to note
Pets welcome on request. Please note, pets are not permitted in accommodation during peak periods.
Our friendly Shar Pei Scooby also lives on-site. You may see her floating around from time to time.
Laundry facilities are available at the Motor Camp next door.
All machines are coin operated. Washing machines are $3.00 per load and take 1 x $1 and 1 x $2 coins. The dryer is $4.00 per load for 38 minutes and takes 2 x $2 coins. There are also washing lines available outside the laundry. Washing powder sachets are available from reception for $1.50.
Bikes and helmets are also available for hire.
Weekly and monthly guests are serviced once per week (change of sheets, towels, complimentaries replenished, and full clean). Additional towels and complimentaries are available on request.

The accommodation is upstairs, a spacious room and a king bed with en-suite. A shared guests lounge with kitchenette, microwave, fridge, dining table & chairs plus a couch and chairs. Lovely views over our garden and surrounding orchard, with a separate guest entrance. Sorry but this room is not suitable for more than two people.

We are in a rural setting with plenty of off street parking. Only minutes to Havelock North and Napier, Easy access to Hawkes Bays cycle and walk ways, many of the wineries, cafes, and 5 minutes to the Hastings Show Grounds and the Sunday food market

The space
This simple yet modern guest sleepout is really all you need! It has a comfortable queen bed with all linen provided, basic ammenities (mini fridge, toaster, kettle, cutlery, plates, coffee etc) and your own spacious bathroom with toilet and shower. Soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided.
Plenty of parking on-site available. Great for cars with trailers!
Our space is dog friendly and we have push bikes available to use throughout your stay! It really is the perfect little beach front hideaway for your quick stay in Hawkes Bay

Nestled at the front of our property away from the main house, a quaint but modern cottage, set in a quiet semi rural area, very central, only 10 minutes from Hastings, Havelock North and Napier. Close to many great wineries and easy access onto the stop bank to one of many of Hawkes Bay's bike trails.
Clive is small town with a few amenities including a local pub, Four Square, Chemist and a couple of eateries. All main supermarkets can be found either in Hastings or Napier.
The space
Our cottage has an indoor fireplace which is great for those cooler nights as well as a claw foot bath for you to soak and relax in. We have also provided 2 pathway bikes should you wish to try out some of the regions great cycle tracks. Breakfast provisions are supplied.

Take advantage of our close proximity to the cycle trails that lead to stunning scenery and local wineries – we even have 3 bikes available for hire at just $30 per day, per bike. You're also just a short walk away from the Clive river and beach, where you can take in the breathtaking natural beauty of the area.
Stroll down to the local pub, cafe or restaurant if you don't feel like cooking, and enjoy the atmosphere of our local village.
We provide all the essentials, including linen, tea, coffee, milk, oil, salt, and pepper, and our cleaning service is included in the cost of your stay.
Please note that our cottage is not suitable for children, but we welcome adults looking for a peaceful retreat. If you have any special requests or needs during your stay, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
