It is a short walk to the Waitomo Caves i-SITE/Discovery Center, the Waitomo Glowworm Caves, The Tomo' Bar and Eatery Each of the studios has an private bathroom, private entrance, and beautiful views of the cottage garden and surrounding hills. Each unit has insect screens, tea/coffee-making facilities, hairdryer and TV and, if you wish, you can use the guest fridge, BBQ, microwave and laundry facilities. There is free Wi-Fi everywhere

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located just out of Te Kuiti it is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Located beside the main house you have your own access and outdoor area. In summer there is the family pool for you to use too. This property is private, surrounded by trees and farmland. We are also located along the Te Araroa track an ideal place to stop between Waitomo and Pureora Forest.

The space
The self contained room sits above my garage beside the main house. The main room has a queen bed, single bed, dining table, sofa and armchair which leads out to a deck overlooking the pool. The kitchen has a hot plate, toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge. The toilet is separate to the shower room.

Guest access
You can access the pool in the summer months and walk around the paddocks

The space
Built in 2020, your accommodation is located approximately 15 metres from the main house and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Full kitchen facilities are provided along with a light breakfast of milk, cereals, toast, spreads and a variety of tea and coffee.

The deck also has 3 drop down screens to protect you from the sun, wind or rain while on the deck.

Suitable for couples, families, business travellers or adventurers heading to the iconic Waitomo Caves, Mt Ruapehu or the timber trails in Pureora.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole guest house and surrounding area. You have your own private entrance so you can come and go as you please with plenty of parking space.

Enjoy our natural limestone filtered spring water, native bush and friendly animals including: dogs, cats, sheep and miniature horses. 'Meet and greets' with the sheep and horses are available upon request.
