Harbourview52 is a B&B situated in Raglan, 35 km from Hamilton. The property is within walking distance to the harbour’s edge, where guests can explore the bay with free kayaks or a stroll to the wharf at low-tide. A modern tidy studio with attached bathroom and kitchenette thats seperate from the main house. The bed is a queen size and theres a small table with two chairs as well. The kitchenette has basic bench top cooking facilities, a sink, toaster, kettle with a small fridge too.
I run a fishing charter boat on a trailer out of the driveway too, so you might experience charter customers, fish and early or late noises during your stay.
Only 14 minutes walk to town and 6 minutes walk to raglan wharf.

The space
A peaceful one room studio with kitchenette and an attached bathroom and shower thats seperate from the main house. An ‘in the bush’ feel with native birds outside and a small water view from the room. A 14 minute walk to the town centre and 6 minute walk the Raglan Wharf. Theres a deck beside the room you can use with hot and cold out door shower to wash off sand or rise out sports equipment.

Please just use the room and deck outside the room. If you could stay out of the attached garage, boat and main house and it's decks that would be ideal, unless you ask or are offered by the owner. You may be invited into these areas but will be a case by case basis depending on whats going on that day.
Use of my hot tub is not included in your stay either, but you never know what happens at any given time.

Other things to note
Parking is straight down my drive way, through the gates (if they are closed, open them, come through and close behind you). There are two parking spaces straight ahead through the gate on the newer concrete just use the free one. If you have more than one car then parking on the road is safe for a second car.

While best suited for 2, the couch does pull out to a double bed if you're after a more cost-effective option

As shown, the studio is located under our home where we live with young kids (2 and 4) and very friendly lab Max. As expected, there will be some noise however everything should be extra peaceful from 7-7!

The space
FREE ACCESS to kayaks and paddle boards. We allow use of our kayaks and paddle boards for guests with access just up the road to the water. We have a variety of life jackets and can provide suggestions on tides/where to go if requested.

You have a private flat carpark with access to the studio from the carpark. There is a small outside entertainment area with table and chairs, BBQ, swing chair and beanbag (please note this is on our driveway so we arent claiming for it to be the most private of settings!).

The studio is located under the house with private access and boasts everything you need for a short or extended stay.

There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower bath, lounge area with foldout double couch bed, kitchenette (containing fridge/freezer, microwave, air fryer oven, hot plate and all utensils) and an extendable dining table.

There is a washing machine with dryer if you need with washing powder provided.

Town is a pleasant stroll away or even paddle board your way there using the tides. We live in the main house with our two young children and friendly lab Max. the pitter patter of young feet may be heard at times but we aim to keep noise to a minimum especially between 7-7. Please always feel free to contact us if anything is disrupting your stay :)

We have 2 stand up paddle boards ready to go with beach access just a couple of minutes up the road. The beach is one of the safest and most sheltered in town. Great for kids from mid to high tide!

Private self contained studio with your own bathroom. This is the downstairs floor of our double story home with its own access, separated from our living space by stairs and a locked door. Microwave, toaster, kettle, and small fridge, not a full kitchen. Very comfy king bed with Ecosa mattress, plus a single. Walk in shower with great water pressure, all linen provided. 2 min walk to Cox bay beach, 5 mins to the Wharf (awesome f&c), 15 mins walk to town, 10 min drive to the surf beach.

Unique, well-presented sleepout with ensuite toilet in Lorenzen Bay. It features an outdoor shower with hot water for a lovely warm wash off of sand and salt water after a day at the beach.

Nested in a tropical garden with a fishpond and banana palms, only 2 minutes away from the Bay, this sleepout is great little spot for a getaway.

Historic Pear Tree Unit is on our farm and welcomes all travellers who want to relax in a rural environment but only 8kms from Raglan. This is a self contained unit with parking at the door. Parking for boat trailers if required and tips on fishing spots gladly provided. The unit is neat as a pin, has a smart TV with Netflix and Wifi. Lovely kitchen with coffee, tea, milk, bread, 3 types of cereals, butter, jam and vegemite ; fridge/freezer, microwave, electric frying pan and bench top oven

The space
The unit is attached to the house via our walk thru laundry so it’s very soundproof and private.

Please leave keys inside on departure and don’t worry about making the bed

The laundromat is situated in Raglan Township (turn left onto Wainui Road opposite the Hotel) and laundromat 20 metres on left.

Please note that we are not on town supply and would appreciate your assistance in being reasonably conservative with water use during excessively dry conditions over summer.

We do not have a full oven as such. We do however have a 12 litre convection oven (bench top oven) a slow cooker and an electric frying pan.

Tucked away on Sunshine Rise, Chalet Sol is a cute and charming studio perfect for a weekend retreat or a midweek reset.

This is a small and cozy one bedroom studio that opens onto a spacious deck and large backyard. A great spot to unwind or watch the sunset.

Just a 4 minute stroll away, Lorenzen Bay offers tranquil harbour views, dotted with gentle sailing boats. Moonlight Bay is a 12 min walk, on high tide this is a great swimming and picnic spot.

Cafes are only are a quick 2 min drive.

The space
Inside, you’ll find a comfortable queen bed, a small but modern bathroom and cute kitchenette—all curated for a simple and effortless stay.

Please note the kitchenette contains a microwave, mini fridge, kettle and toaster. We also supply tea, coffee and milk. There is also a bbq you can use on request during summer.

We live in the countryside where we are surrounded by lush vegetation. Our studio is situated in a sunny location with a private patio. Warm and comfortable, with a kitchenette space to make tea/coffee, breakfast etc, and a small bathroom, it is perfect for a weekend retreat. Although private and separate from our family home, we do have 3 young boys so the odd noise may occasionally escape our home! We are a busy family and love to be outside on the property, playing or gardening. We love our guests to feel free to interact with us and enjoy the property, but should you want total privacy, that is fine too.

The space
We are a 5 minute drive/20 minute walk to Raglan township and we are spoilt for morning coffee spots with two within a 10 minute walk from the house.

The Studio set up is private from our main living area and is located on the bottom level of our two storey home. We are an active family so you will likely hear our sons Moss and Eddy playing, and Chip (our three year old Border Terrier) from time-to-time but we do our best to keep noise to a minimum during your stay.

You will have access to a small fridge/freezer, toaster, jug & tea/coffee making facilities (tea and Raglan Roast coffee provided), however the space isn't set up for cooking meals. Make the most of all the delicious eateries in Raglan and bring some takeaway home to enjoy while watching the sunset over Karioi.

The bed is a comfortable queen sized bed with quality linen bedding and pillows. The accompanying lounge space is set up to either soak up the afternoon sun while looking at Karioi or sit around the coffee table enjoying a game of cards or backgammon.

During your stay you can explore all the Rangitahi Peninsula has to offer - beautiful bush track walks, ample swim spots for a quick wake up or cool off swim in Summer, frisbee golf, tennis and half basketball court.

You will have your own park and private access within the property. There is ample carparking on the road if you find yourself with two vehicles.

A key will be available on arrival and if you are arriving late, we will ensure the lights are on for you.

Other things to note
We don't have a TV permanently set up in the room, however there is one available if you'd like it set up for your stay. The TV has Chromecast available for you to stream from your phone.

If you are travelling with a little one, we have a portacot available for use, however we aren't set up for children over the age of two needing proper beds yet.

Our dog Chip is fully contained and fenced in upstairs. If you are travelling and missing some doggo interaction, he would love to meet you anytime though.

A heater will be provided if it's looking like cooler weather.

We encourage recycling and separation of food waste from the rubbish bin. We are lucky to have an amazing food waste programme here in Raglan.

Loud music and parties are not tolerated. Please respect the neighbourhood and our family upstairs.

Enjoy some time away in Raglan. Located five minutes drive away from the beach or town. Great for a couples getaway, or a couple of surfers wanting to visit the breaks while also being in walking distance from the pub.

The Cabin is a fresh, studio-apartment meets tiny home space.

The Cabin is on the same property as our home, however there is a separate gate for you to use. Feel free to use the backyard, we will respect your privacy during your stay.

Other things to note
To bring your vehicle onto the property you will need to drive over the grass. This has never been a problem but if there has been rain we ask that you don’t use the backyard to turn your car around, you can reverse out of the gate and turn from there. There is also parking on the road next to the cabin.

This stylish little room is close to all you'll want to do here in Raglan. This is a Studio Room with all linen supplied. It is a heat and eat room, with a microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. (The room is not set up for cooking meals). It is a private room beneath the main dwelling and has its own private bathroom. There is a cafe table and chairs just to the side of the room. The entire front of the room can be opened up with a bifold door. Parking is right at the door. There is a sofa bed available on request. Please note - there is no Sky tv or Wifi. Guest access
Guests have full and private use of the studio during their stay. Please note that the studio is a detached unit located above the garage, separate from the main house. The main residence is on the northern side of the property and is quite separate from the studio. Access to the studio is via stairs on the south side of the property. If there are guests in the main house, we kindly ask that you respect their space as they will do the same for yours.

Off-street parking is shared with the house so we kindly ask that you park considerately to ensure everyone has space.

- We kindly ask that guests respect our strict no-party policy to help maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. There are families with young children living nearby, and we’re committed to being considerate neighbours.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during these times.
- The maximum occupancy is two guests. Exceeding this limit will result in immediate eviction and a $200 fee per additional person.
- A BBQ is available for your enjoyment—please ensure it is cleaned thoroughly after use.
- We're pleased to share that Rangitahi now features a tennis court and basketball court, just a 10-minute walk from the property.

The space
Casa Karioi is located on the same property as our main home, but with no children or pets nearby, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay. The guest house features one bedroom on the ground floor with a queen-size bed and a bathroom. There is a small kitchen with 2 induction plates and microwave, and all kitchenware, as well as a small living/dining area. There is space for up to 2 extra guests on the mezzanine. While there is currently no mattress there, you’re welcome to bring your own mats or airblown mattresses. Additional guests can stay for an extra fee.

This is a light and bright space with a great view. A luxurious king-size bed faces out to the water and there is a lovely ensuite bathroom. A well equipped kitchenette with fridge and microwave complements the living space with a well positioned couch and dining area. There is a heat pump installed for heating and cooling. Wifi and Ethernet are available, connected to the fibre network.

The studio is completely self-contained, with offstreet parking available.

Other things to note
This second level studio ( built to capture the view!) is accessed by one flight of external stairs, separate from the main house. We live on site and occasionally have our grandchildren to visit so there may be daytime happy noise. The property overlooks an area close to one end of the local Raglan airfield, so there is the possibility that you will hear small planes taking off or landing. There is water access from the lawn for a couple of hours either side of high tide. This is a non-smoking property.

Poppy's place is located on a large section, where you'll find peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle of city life. Enjoy a drink at sunset looking out at the rolling hills from the back deck, or lie in the cosy hammock with your +1 in the afternoon sun. Perfect for a romantic getaway, or a mates surf trip.

The space
The space includes a cute & cosy room with rammed earth walls, a queen bed and a mezzanine king single bed* above it. Great for 3 mates on a weekend surf trip or a couple and a young child. A fully functioning cute little kitchen is attached with everything you need from a fridge to a stove top to a filter coffee machine! Enjoy a delicious filter coffee on us!

The spacious bathroom is accessed from the surrounding deck, with everything you need for a few nights stay. A large deck surrounds the cabin with plenty of spots to sit out and enjoy your breakfast or dinner while you watch the sunrise/set. Including an outdoor (cold) shower with a view!

Our property is one of the closest to Raglan's main beach (Ngarunui beach), just a 10 minute walk over the hill. We are also on the way to the main surf breaks - just a few minutes drive to Manu Bay & Whale bay. You'll be walking distance to one of Raglan's best cafe's, Rockit, and an easy 5 minute drive into town! We are super central & there's plenty of beautiful walks just outside the property, including Wainui Reserve which has some stunning tracks that take you to the beach and beyond!

*Please note the top bunk doesn't have a ladder so requires a climb from the bed below, and there is no significant barrier so we don't recommend it for anyone who is likely to roll out! You can see it in 3rd, 4th & 5th photo. The cabin is cosy so we recommend max 2 guests for longer stays.

You will have your own park and private access to the cabin via a separate driveway to the owners. There will be a key available, cabin will be open prior to your arrival.

Other things to note
The cabin sleeps 3 but is more suitable for a couple or 2 friends willing to share a bed. We would recommend only a short stay for 3 guests, as it can get a little cosy!

No TV, our place is a great escape from city life.
Please be mindful as you will be on tank water.
Wifi is available.
Heater in room but the rammed earth is good insulation and keeps it quite warm in the winter.

Orca Lodge is in a beautiful setting amongst native trees with a lovely view of the inner harbour, close to the wharf where there is a restaurant and fish n chips and a short walk to town for shopping, cafes and restaurants. With modern décor and everything you need to be self contained. Situated in a very quiet area of Raglan you will get a great night's sleep and enjoy the peace while relaxing on the deck.

The space
The lodge is all yours to make yourself at home, has a large outdoors deck area for you to lounge and dine in comfort, it is very private and has gorgeous views out to the harbour. There are two bedrooms downstairs with an interlinking door, and there is a queen pull out bed in the lounge. There is sufficient heating in the Lodge, with panel heaters in the bedrooms and fan heater and oil heater available for lounge etc. The kitchen is fully self contained with everything you need including a big fridge. There is a kitchen breakfast bar with bar stools for dining indoors. All towels and bed linen is supplied. There is a washing machine for laundry. The outdoor deck area has a security gate on the staircase to keep children safe and enclosed in a safe area. There is a Weber BBQ for when you like to dine outside.

Guest access
There is a carport for you to park your car in, this gives you direct access to the lodge and rooms on the bottom level. It is a short 4 minute walk to the wharf for fish n chips or some shopping, then a 10 - 15 minute walk to get to Raglan town where there are more cafes and shops. A quick drive to world famous surf breaks and beautiful beaches for a swim.

Other things to note
There is lots to do in Raglan, kayaks and paddle boards are for hire at the wharf or in town, surf lessons and board hire is available, horse trekking at the near by beaches, bush walks and lovely long beaches to explore. Hamilton is a 45 minute drive if you need to get a city fix. There are pubs, restaurants and cafes in Raglan, and often there are bands and DJs at the local night club and other venues.

Within walking distance to the beach & Raglan Roast Coffee! Kick off your shoes & relax in this small, modern, warm space.

Tucked away in rural Raglan is this beautifully serene yet affordable space. Enjoy the sunken outdoor bath overlooking tropical plants and a forest, or the firepit for those starry nights. The space
The Studio is on a 5.5 acre property, located in the hills surrounding Raglan. It's about 80m from the main house where the hosts, Johnny and Nicky live with their two young kids and friendly Spoodle, Lula.

The Studio is a self-contained unit, attached to the workshop of an original Raglan farmhouse. It used to be the workspace of a ceramicist, and has been tastefully renovated to include a bedroom, bathroom, outside deck with sunken bath, and a mini garden out front. We’ve taken great care to preserve some of the original features. One of our guests described it as a 'mini house' which we think is a lovely description.

You enter the space into the open plan lounge and kitchenette, with a triple height ceiling which gives a wonderful sense of space to the place. There is a sofa and an armchair and a small selection of books, as well as a small round dining table with two chairs (we can provide more if needed).

It's possible to make meals in the studio as there is the BBQ, a fridge/freezer, microwave, mini portable induction hob, kettle, toaster, sink etc. You can eat outside, at the dining table, or at the two stools perched by the kitchen counter.... or drive 14 mins into Raglan and eat at any of the cool eateries in town.

There are two double doors from the lounge that open up into a mini garden. Here you’ll find a table with umbrella, two chairs (we can provide more if you need), and a small portable BBQ. There is also a fire pit and two Cape Cod style chairs for star gazing nights – and believe us, you will want to see the stars out here! If you look into the distance, you will see a strip of lights – that is Raglan glistening in the distance!

Back inside, you will find one bedroom with a Queen sized bed that we believe is extremely comfy. We have great quality linen that will make you feel special and cosy too. There is plenty space to unpack or hang clothes too. The windows in the Studio look out over the outdoor bath and a pine forest; it is a serene way to wake up every morning.

There is also a bathroom, which has a large shower and a lovely stone hand basin, locally sourced from Whale Bay.

Round the back is a gorgeous uncovered, outdoor bath, sunken into a deck, surrounded by a beautiful little forest. Have a hot soak in the tub, listen to the birdsong around you, see the stars twinkling at night. You are completely private with only a wool shed in the distance.

You will share the driveway with the main house so there may be cars driving past, but the studio is set apart from the house and is totally private. No one can see in or around the back.

Opposite the studio is a boutique flower farm, CROP Flower Farm, where the owner Nicky works. Feel free to pop on over if you're keen to have a little look. If you’d like a guided tour of the Flower Farm where Nicky can answer all your questions, or of our Syntropic Agroforestry Food Forest on our property, please let us know. We can arrange this at an extra cost.

Guest access
To get to the property, you need to drive along a gravel road but this is only for a few minutes. A 2WD 'normal' car is totally fine on these roads - no need for anything beefy!

Guests will have access to the entire studio and associated outdoor area immediately outside the studio, eg bbq area and firepit area with Cape Cod chairs out the front and the deck with sunken bath at the back.

You will share the driveway with the main house. This means there will be cars driving past the studio to access the main house, and possibly the milkman on Fridays and Mondays. But it is private and no-one can see in, or around the back to the bath.

Please note that there is a commercial flower farm opposite the studio. The owner, Nicky, works in the flower farm and also uses the workshop but is respectful of guest privacy. There will be no loud machinery in use when guests are staying. If you're intrigued, pop on over to have a little look... please don't pick the flowers, although we know this can be tempting :)

Other things to note
Please note:

1. There is the main house on the same property with a family of four residing there, including two young kids, and a very friendly dog who will bark when she sees you!

2. The Studio is not appropriate for parties or loud music and suits a single person or a couple.

3. The property has a commercial flower farm in operation. It is opposite the studio.

4. The max capacity is 2 in the studio. Please enquire if you have children or more people in your group and we will do our best to accommodate. There is a small fee for babies and children as it usually does mean a wee bit extra work for us, or bedding.

5. There are a number of electrical fences on the inside of the property, surrounding the paddocks. Please supervise children.

A connecting deck leads you from the cabin to the kitchen, toilet and semi outdoor shower (This deck is separate to the cabin. You do need to walk outside for a few steps to get to this area) The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, including a quirky little pink fridge. The Bali-style shower adds a unique touch to your stay, with a refreshing shower experience.

Relax on the sun-drenched patio after a day of exploring and unwind by the outdoor fireplace as you watch the sunset over Mt. Karioi—truly a magical setting.

The studio has a private entrance with parking right outside, separated from the main house by a double garage.

The kitchenette includes a toaster oven, electric kettle, and small fridge (no stove or microwave). The ensuite bathroom features an oversized shower, toilet, and hand basin.

The Coastal Retreat is designed for sustainability, with passive solar heating for warmth in cooler months and natural airflow cooling in summer. It runs on solar power, and the water is UV-filtered rainwater—please use mindfully during peak summer.

Sauna Use
If you'd like to use the sauna, please let us know when booking. Access is through our kitchen-garden. Bathing suits are required, and guests must bring their own water bottles (no glass). Towels are provided. Each 1-hour session costs $50 and includes a cold plunge in a cast-iron tub and a cold shower.

The Studio has its own private access. You are free to come and go as you please.
Through the bathroom door is our garage. The main house is on the other side of the garage. The bathroom access is locked while you are staying with us to guarantee everyone's privacy.

The sun rises behind the wind turbines in the east and sets into the sea on the other side of the house in the west. We encourage you to explore our 2 acres via the garden trail to take in the sunset.

As we are on tank water (rain harvested), the water is first UV filtered before pumped to the taps. It is excellent drinking water. Please use consciously.

Lily is our resident guard dog. She is completely harmless and lovable. she is a black retriever x border collie. She will likely want to greet you but can also be ignored and no feelings will be hurt.
Please don't let her in the studio or feed her. If you hear her bark in the night - she is likely chasing a possum. She will eventually give up and come back inside. Sorry if she disturbs you.

If you are interested in using the sauna please let us know at the time of booking so we can arrange a time that suits. Please wear bathing suits and bring your own water bottles. (No glass please). Sessions are 1hour and include the use of a cold plunge cast-iron bath tub. A shower is mandatory before entering the sauna. The cost is $50.

The space
Le Shed is a purpose built guesthouse completed in 2022. The modern interior and furnishings create a calm and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for those who want to unwind from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The bedroom contains a comfortable queen sized bed, the foldout couch in the living room provides an additional option if required.

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary items, including utensils, glassware, cutlery and pots along with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave and electric hob. There is also a BBQ on the deck and a UE Boom in the kitchen.

The fully fenced grassed area, playground and spacious concrete driveway provide excellent entertainment for your little people. Should you require a portacot with bedding and/or highchair please let us know as we can provide these. The portacot does not fit in the bedroom.

Linen and towels are included in your nightly rate.

Please note, Le Shed shares the driveway with our home. We will respect your privacy during your stay and expect the same in return.

Le Shed is yours to completely enjoy. Your children are welcome to use the playground or bring their bikes/scooters to make the most of the concrete drive, we only ask that they are supervised at all times.

Cancellation policy:
Our cancellation policy offers a full refund up to 5 days before arrival. After that you receive 50% of the booking, less the first night and service fee.

Rural wifi can be patchy, please be patient or consider switching to data.

Le Shed is best suited for a couple or small family. No parties or smoking is permitted. We are unable to accommodate our guests' pets.

A BBQ is available for use during your stay. We'd greatly appreciate if you could clean this after use.

Le Shed's rural setting is very quiet and private; however, you may hear noises from cows, dogs, possums, rabbits and vermin; we do our best to contend with the latter.

The resident children may play on the playground or ride their bikes/scooters on the drive, please limit your speed. Our dog, Beau, likes to earn his keep; he has a great bark but is friendly. If dogs make you nervous please let us know.

Relax and unwind in this beautiful studio apartment. Enjoy the view of Moonlight Bay, and the tranquil surrounds of native bush and bird song.

Take the private walkway to the bay for a swim, or see it from a different perspective using the kayaks provided for guests.

Vibrant Raglan township is a quick five minute car trip (or enjoy the 30 minute walk), where you can find great restaurants, cafes, beaches, and other amenities. Walk along the beach to The Wharf for fish and chips at low tide.

The space
The warm and sunny studio has a queen bed, sofa, bathroom, kitchenette, breakfast bar with seating for two, and free wifi.

The fully equipped kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, mini oven, electric stovetop, and Nespresso machine. A heat pump will keep you cool in the summer and cosy and warm in the winter.  

Outside there is a private deck, with a BBQ and dining area. The perfect place to enjoy a coffee in the sun.

A portacot, or small bed suitable for a pre-schooler, is available on request.

Guest access
Access to the studio is via two short sets of steps. This could pose difficulties for those with mobility issues. There is parking on site for one guest car.

Other things to note
There is a very friendly dog on the property but he is contained at the main house. He may bark to greet you on your arrival.

The studio is located above our garage. We try very hard to minimise noise from this. However, it is possible you may hear the garage door.

The space
Inside there is a couple of comfy seating nooks, desk and sink.
A queen size bed in living space and another little alcove at the back with a wardrobe and wide bunk style single bed, separated from the main bedroom.
A cozy space that sleeps 2 people, plus option for a child (under 12 no extra cost, Enquire for options if older than 12).
There's an option for a third guest, not child, $50 per night.
We provide all bed linen and towels.

Stay in our new sleepout with its own entrance, bedroom/living area, bathroom, some kitchen amenities & private patio area. Situated in the Flax Cove area of Raglan. Short 15-minute walk into the town center or a ten-minute drive to the surf points. There's a lovely boardwalk a stone's throw away, where you can walk amongst the flax.

The space
There is one queen size bed, so the property is only suitable for two people. There is a 42" Smart TV (with Netflix and Chromecast but no terrestrial TV). The sleepout also has fast wifi for streaming on your own device. Breakfast is not provided but there is Raglan roast plunger coffee and plunger, milk, instant coffee, and tea available. Kitchen area has a Ninja Air-fryer/microwave/kettle and toaster. There are two good supermarkets in town, health food shops, and lots of lovely cafes/ restaurants and places to get coffee.

Guest access
You have access to the whole of the sleepout and there is a private patio at the back. You are also welcome to use our ground-floor deck at the front of the property.

Other things to note
There is a kitchenette with Ninja air-fryer, microwave, toaster, kettle… but this is not a kitchen - so no hot plate or oven. There is no bbq.

Or, just relax in The Lanterns air conditioned comfort, with peaceful water views and the sleeping lady, Karioi mountain.

The space
The Lantern is a newly renovated former art gallery with a large chic separate bathroom that overlooks tropical palms and Raglans beautiful estuary.

The Lantern name was born on a trip in Vietnam bringing with us threads of Hanoi and a hint of the old art gallery in this unique cosy space.
