Here you wake to the sound of waves lapping and can enjoy your morning coffee in the sun looking out to the sea, or if you're feeling extra relaxed, lie in bed and admire the sea views. Many an hour has been 'wasted' appreciating the ever-changing colours and light on the water with a coffee or wine in hand.

The house is a double glazed, sunny and recently renovated three bedroom bach. A perfect stay for families or can accomodate three couples. Open planned living room with plenty of seating and large dining room (can seat 18 if requested). There is a awesome little succulent garden inside and is a great place to sit and sip your coffee or get takeaways and bring them home to Pohutukawa Villa's garden.

There is a dairy down the road in Te Awanga along with a fish and chip shop and a pub and a coffee van. Also in Clive which is ten minutes drive, there is a gas station, vege shop, chemist, great pub and various other shops for your convenience.

Surrounded by lovely wineries including the internationally renowned Clearview, lovely beach walks, (2 minute walk to surf break), the popular Hygge Cafe in Clifton (5 min drive) and don't forget the famous Cape Kidnappers Gannet tours.
