Fully fenced means this home is child friendly. And for those rainy days there are three smart TVs, with Ultra HD TVs in both lounges - even the master bedroom has its own 49 inch TV. All TVs are connected to the internet and all have SKY TV, Netflix and Freeview. In the large double garage you can also enjoy table tennis and darts.
The 4th bedroom doubles as a second lounge downstairs and is not a separate room.

Our welcoming home will give you a relaxing and peaceful time. 5 minutes from the white sand beach and 20 minutes from the CBD. Only built in April 2023 and dress up with beachy/Italian style. You will feel the great vibes as soon as you will step in. It's a great destination for holidays with family or friends. You will meet our super friendly and very independent cats Luna, Snowy and Ginger.
