Only 40 minutes drive from Wellington, we offer peace and privacy, close to town, on a 3 acre rural setting. There is a kitchenette with fridge and sink, airfyer, single stove top, jug, toaster, microwave, cutlery, plates etc and tea and coffee. Milk and cereal provided.
Stunning beach, bush walks, outlet & boutique shopping all on the doorstep.
Safe grazing. Absolutely no pets allowed inside. But there is a lined shed and fully fenced area available if need be.
The space
There is a huge king room, a queen room and a twin room. Please note that the twin room is closed off with a screen, down a hall way and is private and comfortable, but no actual full door. You have a very large spacious lounge and good sized bathroom. It's on three acres of land with paddocks for horses if needed. You're welcome to wander the property but be mindful the black fences are electric. The horses, you are welcome to pat but be mindful. Don't feed them and please don't go into their paddocks. There is a dog (Stormie) and cat (Bob) in residence whom may visit you. Please shoo them out as no pets allowed in BnB.

There will be muesli and milk available along with tea, coffee and herbal tea. There is a salad bowl, plater and a bowl for the microwave. Wooden bread board, 6 Dinner plates and desert bowls, stemless wine glasses, champagne flutes, cutlery, can opener. At this stage there is no BBQ or outdoor furniture but there will be one ready for the warmer weather. Please if there is anything you would like, don't hesitate to ask.

Modern one bedroom flat with ensuite, lounge/dining and full kitchen. Sleeps a couple comfortably. portacot available for a baby.this cottage is not suitable for a toddler.

A 100 year plus villa home under the Tararua Ranges on the outskirts of Levin that has been lovingly restored. The garden is well known in the district and further afield, and in the past we have hosted garden tours, weddings and fun raisers.
Guests will enjoy welcoming and respectful hosts, and the experience of quiet and peaceful surrounds. There is the option of requesting an evening meal at an extra cost using seasonal garden produce, which you can enjoy with your hosts or on your own.

Wake up to the sound of Wood Pigeons and Tui's, and enjoy the included breakfast prepared by your host, who has a passion for cooking and presentation.
Enjoy your own private comfortable suite that includes bedroom with adjoining lounge, and high quality linen. During the BnB open season Teresa and Paddy vacate the house at night to their wee "Cottage Nest" in the garden.

Teresa and Paddy welcome you to Marangai Garden's. Our bed and breakfast was Teresa's life long dream, and with the support of Paddy and our four grown up children we opened for business in 2018. We throughly enjoy meeting the wide variety of interesting people from all over the wold and learning their stories.
Paddy is a recently retired Primary School Principal, and his interests include squash, the All Blacks, Thai cooking, reading, and walking.
Teresa works at a local country school, and her interests include home decor creativity, gardening, cooking, and reading.
We both enjoy time with family and our 10 grandchildren, and frequently have big family dinners.
