5 min drive from Interislander and Bluebridge ferry terminals.

Comfortable and spacious, very relaxing Studio with off street parking. Summertime we provide a large fan for those hot summer nights. We don't have air conditioning in our Airbnb

The Studio is completely separate from the Main House. You have your own access with key code entry so may come and go as you please.

I have a small gym next door, occasionally there are early sessions 6am however we keep the noise down.

Herd of Cows?! Quiet, comfortable and fun accommodation just 15 minutes walk through the picturesque Picton Marina to cafes, bars, shops, theatres, cruises and walking tracks. Free pickup and setdown from ferry may be available. Transfer from Blenheim by arrangement.
Be warned......this great priced accommodation is probably nothing like you have ever stayed in previously. My folly and a labour of love! If you don't have a sense of humour or don't like cows.....don't book in! :-)

Welcome to our home. We are located in the Endeavour Park Estate and have the most amazing views over Waikawa Bay where you can watch the Interislander and the cruise ships as they pass through the Queen Charlotte Sounds. . You can also look over to the Victoria Domain and the Picton township where there are numerous cafes and restaurants which serve local seafood and other wonderful delicacies. My place is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

The space
We have a granny flat on the property which is separate from our home. If gas a fridge and microwave but no kitchen. The space is modern and bright with access to your own deck. Tui and bell birds play in the flax bushes. Views are amazing.

If you have any questions at all about Picton and the Marlborough Sounds we would be more than happy to give you advice and show you the best places to go for walks, sight seeing and entertaining. There are some wonderful cafes and bars in Picton which offer superb hospitality. We can arrange wine tours and tours around the Marlborough Sounds if this is something you may like to do.

A unique property, the main building has a very comfy King bed, a peaceful room with the sounds of nearby stream & bird song, giving you a restful nights sleep.


Adjacent building a couple of strides from the main building is where the Shower, toilet, fridge freezer & microwave are.

Enjoy the open plan lounge area with kitchenette & outdoor dining available, stunning bush views & the sound of the stream & the song of native birds, make this a relaxing place to stay & unwind.

Enjoy relaxing evenings around the outdoor brazier on warm nights.

Sensor lights on timers, outside B n B makes it easy for guests who arrive very late at night.
I can also leave a inside light on & draw the curtains, for those late arrivals, tired from a long days traveling.

WiFi is available.

For travellers without a vehicle, I can pick up from central Picton & drop off @ end of your stay.

Also happy to take guests to local supermarket for supplies.

I can take any car-less guests to Blenheim shops or shops locally, or, winery visits, chocolate factory etc by prior arrangement & some additional costs may apply.

10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive from both ferries. A quick walk to the shops, restaurants, beach and nearby walking tracks. Perfect for those needing a place to rest before heading north or south.
Our home is at the front, guest house is down the driveway. Security cameras at the front and rear of house making this very secure.
