Nestled in a private and secluded enclave between the Wailea Blue Course and the Wailea Tennis Club, the Wailea Grand Champions Villas are where travelers can golf, play tennis, be pampered at the Wailea Grand Spa, whale watch or turtle spot, or soak up the sun, snorkel, stand up paddle-board or body surf at over a dozen of South Maui's finest gold-sand beaches.

Our ground-floor, single level (no stairs inside), fully renovated 2-bedroom villa consists of a king sized master suite with walk-in closet, and a guest suite with two twin beds. Each bedroom has an attached en-suite and each living space has it's own Freidrich air conditioner and ceiling fan to keep cool (although, with windows and doors open, Maui's trade winds provide a more fragrant and desirable natural cooling).

Our kitchen is fully stocked for those who enjoy dining in and we've equipped the kitchen with many of the household luxuries you'd find at home!

Our lanai is private, secluded and right next to nature. You can be serenaded by songbirds, enjoy a coffee or glass of wine without golfers or pedestrians strolling by, and take in the changing sky as the sun drops below the horizon.

The villa has a perfect location within the complex. Traveling with our family and all of our 'necessities', the villa provides easy ground floor access for carrying suitcases, groceries, pool and beach gear. It is situated near the guard house for a quick morning walk off property to the beach.

For those traveling with another couple (or possibly teenagers with differing sleep/wake schedules), the villa contains two master suites, each with a private full bath, and separate, private entrances. One master suite has floor to ceiling windows that lead to a private lanai with tree top views overlooking the pool. The other master suite has multiple large windows with views of the tropical grounds.

The tradewinds feel amazing. In the mornings and evenings you may enjoy opening the large lanai sliders that run the length of the villa to feel the cool breeze and watch the sunrise and sunset. Both front doors also have latches to keep them ajar for those not afraid of little Gecko visitors.

If age appropriate, send the kids to the pool and watch them swim while sitting in the comfort of your lanai and drinking a glass of Pog (a delicious Hawaiian concoction of passion fruit, orange juice and guava). The Wailea Orchid Villa is an amazing 3 bedroom / 3 full baths penthouse villa located in the prestigious Wailea Beach Villas. Fourth floor location with 2,000 interior square feet and 375 square foot covered lanai. Formal entry hall with artwork. Spacious living room with island style furniture. The Wailea Orchid Villa has incredibly spacious master suite with king bed and full bathroom (dual vanities) with large walk-in closet. To reserve the Wailea Orchid Villa, we require a deposit of a portion of the reservation. Entire balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Bookings canceled at least 60 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations between 30-60 days before check-in will receive 50% refund, and no refund under 30 days.

Check-in time is 4pm and Check-out time is 11am

Starting 1/1/2024, there is a 17.962% state of HI tax and a $495 departure cleaning fee.

We want to keep our guests informed about a possible statewide tax update that may affect reservations starting January 1, 2026. A proposed change (Hawaii Senate Bill SB 1396) is currently under review. Governor Green has until July 9, 2025, to sign it into law. If the bill is signed, the tax rate will increase by 0.75% and the new rate will apply to all 2026 stays (no matter when they were booked). Please note: If you book a 2026 reservation before the new tax rate is reflected on the VRBO platform, we may need to collect the difference separately from you once the law takes effect.
