First, you have the salon, with lovely comfy sofas, where at the end of the afternoon a wine not to be despised and when it might be a little cooler, a gas fireplace, which you so have to with the push of a button making it even more enjoyable.
Then you have the garden room, which entrance to the garden, from which you can dive as in the pool.
There is a cozy room with flat screen TV and a fireplace.
In addition to the TV room, a bedroom with shower and access to the patio.
Further in the hall there is a guest toilet.
The dining room is on the other side of the hall and also comes out on the patio, which also has a large table with chairs so you inside, alswel can eat outside and then provide the kitchen with island and of all comfort, for those who loves cooking.

On arrival at our house, the security gate will open and close automatically and you as the double garage.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with several corners where you together or alone can enjoy the view of the mountains where you can sometimes spot a baboon and the chirping of the birds.
In the middle of the garden is a heated swimming pool.
There is a cover available in the event that there are small children reside.
At the back of the garden is a gate leading to a large playground, where children and even adults to practice their golf sticks, or a game of football.
Every so often a street barbeque is held, where everyone is welcome

We go upstairs, we have a railing where the bedrooms come out.
Upstairs are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, with bath, shower and toilet.
Two bedrooms have access to a large balcony, where you in the evening can soak after, with a wine from the sun, the mountains and the sounds of baboons and other animals.
The whole house has underfloor heating and wireless internet.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioners.
The garden is at night around are illuminated, so you till late, great romantic garden
can reminisce.

Everything is within walking distance.
Around the corner from us begins the golf course where everyone can play as guest or take lessons.

A little further every Saturday there is a market of local people, with their own baked cookies,
or jams and chutneys, plants, clothing, jewelry and artwork are trying to bring their products to the man in a nice friendly way, while enjoying drinks and snacks and live music.
This is every Saturday another kind of event where you can have breakfast and meet and socialize.
We walk through, start there schools and sports fields, where every weekend or what to do.

In addition, there are several churches.

Are we in the town of Hermanus, there is a good nucleus around the old port, with numerous shops, market stalls and restaurants and often also live music here played accommodated.
.There Are several shopping centers spread across Hermanus, so someone who loves shopping, here is well spent.

Walking along the cliff path is also a must.
Superb paths directly along the sea, surrounded by the world-renowned fynbos, with its variety of flowers and shrubs.
At the end of the cliff path, you come to a beautiful, long beach stretching from where you have real space, without having to walk over the heads.
At the end of the beach, you have a lagoon where you can also horseback riding along the beach.

If you're on top of the lighthouse stands, you must be able to withstand wind, because the wind is always there very hard.
This is where the Atlantic and Indian Ocean against each other, which caused a massive explosion of violence of the waves.

From Hermanus you can also make day trips to the other side, such as Stellenbosch and Franschhoek.
