Superb non-smoking garden cottage at the back of the main house. It sleeps 4 guests in two very luxurious en-suite double bedrooms (Air conditioned) with spacious TV- lounge and small kitchenette. (Well equipped). Expect good quality linen and fluffy towels and unexpected little luxuries. A sparkling pool, free parking and Fibre Wi-Fi on the premises. Guests can enjoy the garden and pool at leisure. It is completely separate and private as only one other person resides in the main house.

The space
The cottage is situated in an upmarket, sought after holiday area, in close vicinity to blue flag beaches, whale watching, (during whale season), some restaurants, a 27 hole golf course, cliff paths, hiking trails, bike trails etc.
The cottage is a strictly non smoking area. Although small, the kitchenette is
equipped with all the basics including microwave (has a conventional oven facility) , toaster, induction cooking plate, refrigerator, wine fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. It is perfect for two couples. As the kitchenette is in the same space as the lounge area, it does not lend itself to a lot of extensive cooking and is really more suited for light meals. Available parking for 1 car.

Guest access
Guests have access to the swimming pool and garden and a Weber barbecue is available as well. Guests have access to the cottage via a side entrance to the main house and can come and go as they please. Guests are completely separate from the main house.

Other things to note
Please take note that an open swimming pool is in close proximity to the cottage and I would prefer the pool to be covered if small children are not yet water safe.
The cottage is self catering, but coffee, tea and other basics will be provided. Swimming towels and a beach umbrella is provided. A cleaning lady comes in during week days for a nominal fee. Cleaning services can be arranged for Saturdays and Sundays.
The cottage is strictly non smoking.

Walking distance to Grocery stores , shops, Restaurants, Whales Watching, Cliff paths, Mountain trails, etc.

Other things to note
The room is at the back of the Manor House and access can only be gained by the side of the reception area. Guests might experience some noise from our office area located just before the entrance of the private courtyard, however we manage and monitor this closely.
