Cosy and light two bedroom cottage on the premises of one of the original old houses in Onrus - surrounded by local cafe's and restaurants. You will find yourself in a buzzing little neighbourhood, spoiled for choice with all the local eateries, coffee shops and deli’s - conveniently situated with a 8 minute walk to the main beach. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Eclectic, peaceful, with a splash pool and the most beautiful organic garden. You can literally hear the ocean! There's a braai facility adjacent and a lovely shaded deck. This is Africa, Overstrand Style! Private entrance and remote control to the driveway. Under cover parking. Internet. Walking distance from the sea, Onrus beach and the world famous "Molteno's" restaurant. All amenities close by. Be surprised beyond expectation.
The space
The cottage has two bedrooms with en-suite shower/bathroom, living area, kitchenette, dining table, fridge, aircon, washing facilities, laundry facilities & internet. It is eclectic, tastefully furnished; but not “baby-proof”. Although I have hosted families with baby children ~ it requires a mindful eye. Also, the swimming pool is a splash pool and there is no baby-railing. Thus, the unit, in it’s tranquility really works for common sense, graden-loving, peaceful type guests. One can really “Rus den Onrus” - rest and find some quiet harmony. No smoking inside.
