The bedroom has a queen sized bed, large duvets, and an abundance of comfy pillows. Fluffy throws will keep you warm in winter, as well as a heater for extra comfort. The en-suite bathroom has a shower.

The lounge area has a comfy two-seater couch and a large sleeper on which to put your feet up and relax as you enjoy the spectacular mountain views. Both the lounge and the bedroom open on to the wide patio and private meadow garden. The patio outside has an outdoor table and chairs and loungers on which you can relax while you watch the pink light from the sunsets illuminate the mountains.

The cottage has wi-fi, but does not have tv, in the hope that our guests will use the time to get away from the screens and find peaceful rest and restoration in nature.

Villa-Roux is a spacious (70 square meters + balcony) self catering garden cottage on two levels. It is totally private and separate from the main house, but on the same plot. It is fully equipped for 4 people and ideal for a relaxing holiday. It within a 15 to 20 min walking distance of the town centre with its many quaint little shops and cafes. The surrounding activities offered as diverse as wine tasting and gastronomical experenses,numerous art galeries, horse riding and mountain hiking.

Downstairs there is the main bedroom with en suit bathroom. In this space is also the kitchenette and 4-seater dining table. Upstairs is the second room with twin beds and en suite bathroom, and is air-conditioned. In this space there is a flat screen TV (without satellite channels) a Hi-Fi, a library, a bar fridge, a coffee making station and the lounge area. It leads onto the balcony with patio furniture and a Webber barbecue facility. Once there you have a spectacular view on the surrounding mountains, vineyards and the garden surrounding the cottage. The space
Separated from the main house by a shaded courtyard, the Garden House Cottage is so cosy, quiet, rustic, private, and unique. It has spacious en suite facilities, ideal for a candle-lit bath, Nespresso, TV with Netflix, and DVDs. Guests often say they've never slept so well and felt so relaxed.

Silvermine room no2 on ground floor and is a very small and cozy bedroom with en-suite shower and king size bed or twin beds(need setup for beds in advance please) also an outside under roof sitting and relaxing area with access to pool and small garden area and patio to the top. Very countrylike style earthy and nothing fancy but enjoyable Lovely to enjoy quiet reading. Note Breakfast is an extra fee please book via Airbnb before arrival.

we are a first generation family owned business in a rainbow nation cultural village - a few yards are fenced due to up till now extreme safety of our neighborhood

all public areas kitchen only upon request as we are not a self catering establishment but will allow you to use and clean the kitchen for yourself.

During your stay
upon arrival meet and greet will happen and handing over of keys to premises and your room. We will ask you for anything you need eg. iron or ironing board and if breakfast for next morning. my elderly parents live on site but i leave after check -in . We have no night staff on duty.

We are a 4-star graded Guesthouse in village of Pniel, is first generation family owned and has 4 en-suites with -walk in showers and option of either King bed or twin beds , NB need to inform via your reservation on Airbnb to setup beds please. We serve breakfast at an extra cost and need to advise via Airbnb please and share your story -Breakfast served daily from 8 until 10h 00 only. Please text or whatsapp if arriving earlier or later as we are a family business with family responsibilities too and love to welcome you ourselves. Jonquil is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Cottage set in a secluded garden in the heart of Franschhoek Village, a stroll away from the plethora of cafés, top class restaurants and specialty shops that Franschhoek is famous for.

Jonquil offers luxurious comfort with air conditioning in all the rooms, flat screen Satellite TV, dishwasher and laundry facilities, and an efficient fireplace.
It has a spacious Verandah for dining outside, overlooking the Garden.

The space
Most of my guests remark on the unexpected Spaciousness of the Cottage and of the Garden, and those who stay more than a few days generally come back, and consider it their "home away from home". The other notable thing about it is its walking distance to everything in the Village, which adds to a relaxing Holiday, not having to jump in and out of the car all the time.
