In the lovingly and modern furnished family villa you will feel good. The upper floor consists of two bedrooms - even with sea view from the bed, a children's room, 4 + 2 sleeps, bathroom and guest toilet, kitchen, living room, a large terrace and a balcony.
The ground floor offers one bedroom, sleeps 2 persons (+2 children), bathroom, kitchen with dining area.
Of course, the high-quality furnishings in both living areas include a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, satellite TV and Wi-Fi, air conditioning and towels, duvet covers, a complete kitchen equipment, a baby bed and a high-quality sofa bed.

Outside there is the private pool (30 m²) with large sunbathing areas. Coniferous trees, palm trees, lavender and sage bushes, olive trees and lemon trees grow on the 1,500 m² plot. There are garden furniture, children's furniture, a trampoline, a covered outdoor shower and a barbecue. To keep fit, you can swim and splash in the pool, play table tennis or you can hike - because directly behind the villa begins a mountain trail that even leads to the top of the Ucka Nature Park.
