It would be helpful for future guests if there was an information booklet available to explain how things worked ie gas cooker, tv and outside sun blind, together with where things such as the safe key were located, as we had to contact the owners several times to find out this information. In addition some information on contact numbers for local doctor, emergency services and local hospital. In the photograph it shows the hot tub in the garden, this was under cover when we arrived, which we were pleased about, however, the area it was situated in needed a good clean as debris from the roof area was found on the cover each morning. There were a lot of insects on the curtains and walls, together with cobwebs hanging, which detracted the enjoyment of using the hot tub."

We didn't expect that at all; it was such a wonderful surprise. The house looks even more amazing in person than in the pictures. It is super modern and fully equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. Each room has its own air conditioning. The room with the Jacuzzi and infrared cabin was so romantic and great. Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully arranged. Our highlight was the private pool—the water was so warm, and the pool area was so nicely set up. There were also all the necessary grilling utensils available. We brought two dogs (a Chihuahua and an Italian Greyhound) with us. The owners were so kind to the animals, and the property is extremely well-secured for the dogs, thanks to a surrounding wall. With a fence, my Greyhound would often jump over it. So, I never had to worry about where the dogs were. The area is also great for walking the dogs. Although we usually prefer adventurous trips to faraway destinations, we will definitely be coming back. A truly wonderful experience for which we are very grateful."

- "The Villa is much larger than pictures show and perhaps a floor plan would be useful to help describe layout as it is quite unusual with the living space upstairs and essentially a one bed apartment downstairs. Worth having this information if you are visiting with young kids as you will be quite far away from them (two floors) if you need to use all the rooms (although the other three rooms are all next to each other and on one floor). The hosts were so helpful and fixed any problems immediately. The pool is nice and clean. The air con is excellent. I would suggest given the house sleeps 8 that the kitchen needs more plates and glasses and cutlery as we struggled with this so I would recommend to the lovely owners that they invest in glassware and mugs etc especially if house is full! It’s a 10-15 min drive to Rovinj depending on traffic. The taxi situation is quite hit and miss so would recommend a car. Overall a wonderful house and perfect for large groups or families with lots of space and TVs and a pool table! We had a great time."
