- "It was a perfect stay. The villa is completely sustainable with solar panels for water and electricity. It is situated in midst of Mediterranean wild life, which you can smell from the bed. It takes only 10-15 min walk on a wild path to an isolated beach where we have encountered no one but ourselves. Or five minutes by car to another sandy beach. The interior is authentic old style. From every part of the house and its surrounding there is a gorgeous view of the sea. One of the best parts was the heated swimming pool with a view of the entire bay, which actually gives you the impression of being above the sea. It was also a heaven for kids as the house has a closed playground and a very vast, fenced garden suitable for pets. On the other side if you want to play some sports there is a volleyball and badminton court as well. The position within the island is very good. It takes 10 min to get to a beautiful old city of Vrbnik and cca 20 min to the main city of Krk. We had the bestest time and are for sure coming back! p.s. The host is a charm! Die Stadtstrände sind fußläufig erreichbar. In die schöne Altstadt Vrbenik gelangt man innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Auch für unsere schwimmfreudige Labrador-Hündin hatten wir einen passenden Strand gefunden.
