We then tried to call the hotel that initially was not responding - it took us an extra hour turning around Then we arrived to the hotel, staff is very nice but untrained to the standard expected with the price We got our, looks good but smells bad…but anyways we decided to enjoy the view waiting for our diner to come to the room and came COLD… Then to digest the disappointment I needed to take a bath but I had to cancel dur to a big leakage when I open the tap of the bathtub Luckily (for the clients and for me) the hotel was not full and I got another room… As you can see this is a lot for a one night stay and honestly the biggest mistake this hotel has made is too set high expectations charging such high price (I paid 412 usd for 1 night inc taxes). Nothing is ready for this price not the hotel or the service… This hotel was supposed to be the best hotel of my 10days trip, but will remain my biggest disappointment "
