Beautiful spot just off the main road just before you get to main Hikkaduwa beach, however there's another beach just at the end of the road which has bars, surfing hire etc... so really no need to head to Hikkaduwa unless you want to. The rooms were spotless, well catered and they have REAL PROPER COFFEE. The hosts couldn't have been more welcoming, friendly, helpful and just nice to be around. They have morning Yoga which was great, plus the pool and grounds are beautiful.
