- "Excellent" - "My husband and I stayed for the weekend for our anniversary and we were pleasantly surprised. It was clean, smelled great, and looked well kept up. Although we didn’t use them, it seemed to have everything you already need to cook as well (pots, silverware, utensils, etc). I can’t speak for the club amenities since we didn’t use them but the registration staff were wonderful. My only regret is not staying here longer!" - "I feel as though the pictures online didn't give a true representation of the current condition of the resort. Our room was clean but had paint chipping/bubbling in the corners of the bathroom, the plate behind the knob on the shower wall was falling off, and the room had a funny odor. On top of the room, the putt putt course was extremely run down. I would think that an amenity that isn't included (we had to pay extra to play) would've been in much better condition. They also had 3 of the 4 bowling lanes that weren't working while we were there. They said maintenance had been called, but still didn't help the situation. The staff also didn't do a very good job of explaining everything. We were handed papers when we checked in and I guess it was assumed we would read it all over, instead of being given a quick synopsis. We even had to call to find out the check out procedures as it wasn't listed anywhere. Again, everything was clean in our room and it wasn't an awful experience but I just didn't feel the place was kept up for the price you pay."

- "The beds were comfortable, kitchen nicely stocked. Handicap accessible kitchen! Clean bathrooms. Dates carpet throughout. AC didn’t work. They were supposed to send someone over to look at it but I don’t to j they did (at least while we were there. The coffee machine leaked but they did offer to bring a new one to us which was nice (we decided to just go to Starbucks so we told them they didn’t have to). The check-in process took quite a while and is very time-share-ish. You have to decline sitting through timeshare speech. The owner tried to give us helpful advice to avoid that hassle but it didn’t work. I like the price point and the location was convenient. "

Approximately 2,400 square feet, this 4 Bedroom Lockoff features 1 King Bed in the master bedroom, 1 King bed in the first guest bedroom, 1 Queen bed or 2 Twin Beds in the second guest bedroom, 1 Queen bed or 2 Twin Beds in the third guest bedroom, 2 Queen Sleeper Sofas within the living area including a full kitchen, dining area and 2 bathrooms. Maximum of 12 occupants.

A credit card for a $200 security deposit and a daily $15.95 plus tax resort fee* will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit).
Notice:
All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.
The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $200 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking and a daily $15.95 plus tax resort fee will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). Resort Fee includes table tennis access, foos ball access, putt-putt (mini golf) access, Activities, BBQ grill(s) access, basketball court access, puzzle and board game access, business center access, fitness center access, hot tub access, local/toll-free calls, playground access, pool access, self-parking, tennis court access, volleyball court access and shuffleboard access. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.
The check- in time is 4 p.m. ET at the main building on-site, and check out time is 10 a.m. ET. Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation. The nearest airport to Greensprings Vacation Resort is Newport News/Williamsburg International Airport which is 20 miles by car respectively.
Please note by purchasing this listing you agree that there may be a chance for an 'Upgrade' to your unit for a larger unit that will fit the same amount of people. If this is the case, we will upgrade your room without question, free of charge. Therefore, depending on the length of your stay and unavailability of rooms, you may be upgraded to a larger suite during your stay with us.
Hence, if you have any concerns, our office hours are always open 24 hours respond to your requests.

Auxiliary parking is available for guests, no charge, one vehicle permitted per reservation.

Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.
*** Smoking Policy ***
All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites.

Daily housekeeping is not included and may be added for an additional fee.
