It's also a very quick drive to their beach which beachwood resorts has their own parking lot next to the beach for each parking and it wasn't crowded at all! Unfortunately, it rained 5 of the 7 days of our vacation, but we felt grateful to have such comfortable and roomy accommodations for our home-away-from-home."

Beachwoods is conveniently located in Kitty Hawk approximately 2 miles past the Wright Memorial Bridge and 2 miles from the oceanfront! Villas are either on the first or second floor and stairs are common throughout the compound as resort development followed the contour of natural rolling terrain. Nature trails abound on property for hiking and observing wildlife!

Specific villas are assigned at check-in by the managing Hilton resort staff. Similarly, cleaning, maintenance of property and equipment are the responsibility of the Hilton staff and questions regarding the villa and/or resort privileges need to be directed to the front desk Hilton staff. Decor may differ slightly in each assigned villa as periodic maintenance and renovations are always underway; however, photos presented in this offering are contemporaneous with current design.

This particular villa unit can sleep six persons maximum, offering two bedrooms, one being a master with either a Queen or King bed and an open upstairs loft which is furnished with two twin beds. A pull out Queen sofa bed is in the living room. A fully furnished kitchen provides the comforts of home and convenience to make any kind of meal imaginable! Large widescreen TVs are provided with access to multipe cable/satellite channels.

Check-in is at the resort welcome center after 4 pm. However, if your arrival is anticipated to be late in the evening -- approaching midnight (resort local time) -- please contact and alert the front desk at the resort. Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.

Please note that at time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made and the reserving guest MUST be at least 21 years of age to check into the resort.

The Debit or Credit card used to secure your booking must be presented at check-in. If an alternate card is presented at check-in, funds previously secured are reversed and payment will be secured on the new card. The card owner must be present at time of arrival.

A daily resort fee of $33.83 plus tax will be due at check-in and charged to the debit/credit card presented. This resort fee is separate and not included in the booking fee. The daily resort fee includes: guest internet access, self-parking at the villas and private gated parking at the beach (one car), daily resort activities, fitness classes and crafts, use of sports equipment, access to outdoor pool, access to indoor waterpark, hot tubs and sauna, access to the fully-equipped fitness room, games/arcade room, video and game rentals, paddle boat rentals, bicycle rentals, use of BBQ grills, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, shuffleboard and playground area.

Questions regarding ADA accessibility can best be answered prior to booking by Hilton resort staff. Similarly, since this villa is managed by Hilton Vacations its policies that govern the resort must be respected and guests agree to their observance during check-in. The reserving guest is liable for all damages to the villa caused by you or your guests/invitees during your stay. During check-in, you agree that you or your guests are authorized to charge the room for any expenses not otherwise covered under the daily resort fee. Pets are not permitted on the property however any exceptions applying to Service Animals as defined under ADA guidelines should be discussed with Hilton resort staff prior to booking. Beachwoods is a fully smoke-free facility. If the guest or any invitees disregard this non-smoking policy a $250 cleaning fee will be billed to the guest's debit/credit card on file.
