- "The room was not ready when we arrived. I called the front office and after 15 minutes they informed me that the cleaning staff was done and we could go up. After carrying all of our stuff upstairs we saw the cleaning staff still finishing up the room so we waited. 30 minutes later we were finally about to enter the room. Had we been informed that it wouldn’t be ready for another hours ahead of time we wove just the beach."
