Safe, peaceful 2 BR apartment newly renovated. Small town area. California university of Pennsylvania is 6 blocks away. The end of my street is the Monongahela river with a boat launch and dock. Rotary park is 5 blocks away where you can picnic, walk or run on the oval paved track. town is only 4 blocks away. There are 2 bicycles in the shed to use, Entire apartment is yours. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, off street parking, small uncovered patio, basic cable tv with a firestick.
