Smith Lake B&B is a private resort offering luxury accommodations on Alabama's pristine Lewis Smith Lake, the cleanest lake in the Southeast. The decor is a mix of an alpine ski lodge and a beach cottage and has a beautiful view of Smith Lake from the windows and private deck.

The Loft, which has a vaulted ceiling, contains a king-size bed in the bedroom with a sleeper sofa in the den. It has a private bath and a kitchen. Shopping and restaurants in the Cherokee Avenue area are less than 3 minutes away. Quaint Cullman was built around the railroad and the historic district, with some of the city's finest homes, is adjacent to the RR. This residence is about 1 block away from the RR line, so you will hear an occasional train coming through town. For most people this is not a disturbance.

We welcome you to unique upscale Condominiums in the Holler. The building was constructed over an urban aqueduct in early 1900s. In 2023, the condominiums were designed and constructed in the ground level which is sixteen steps below street level. In the early 1900s this space was used as a hardware store. Located in the heart of the city, walk across the street to popular venues, restaurants, shopping, spas, places of worship and conveniently located to local attractions/parks.
The space
The building was constructed over an urban aqueduct in early 1900s. A hardware store occupied the space, the open basement area was used for storing bananas, produce, seeds, and store supplies. This area of the city is called The Holler. Throughout the years, the commercial street level spaces housed many different businesses.
In 2022, BBR purchased the building and renovated the street level commercial units, restoring original ceiling tins and hardwood floors. In 2023, the two ground-level condominiums were designed and completed in the previous open storage space. The condominiums were designed around unique features that remain from the 1900s hardware storage. The condos were decorated applying local history and showcasing artists and the community.
Guest access
Guests may enjoy the outdoor patio and the common green space. Outdoor string lights are on a timer from 4:30 - 9:30pm and can be adjusted by the host upon request.

Located in Cullman, this lovely rustic apartment is a dream. The bedroom has 2 queen beds, but the apartment can sleep up to 7 people comfortable! The shared living space has a daybed with trundle (2 twin beds), and a futon. A television is on a moveable stand so can easily be moved to any space and has streaming capability. There is no wifi as we encourage to 'unplug' while you are visiting our recreational area.
The bathroom features a shower, towels and a hair dryer for convenience. The kitchen is equipped with a small range and small refrigerator and includes all utensils you will need to cook and grill. The kitchen has a 12-cup coffee pot (round basket style filter), mixer, blender, toaster, and microwave. Outside, you will find a gas grill and deck seating.

The barndo apartment is located directly on the Duck River Recreational area. The trail head is only steps from your door! Duck River Reservoir is a 650-acre man-made lake in Cullman County and provide Cullman and surrounding areas with an additional water source. It is also a recreational hub offering fishing, biking, and hiking. There are 21.8 miles of beautiful trails that surround the lake. Enjoy nature and wildlife that the reservoir has to offer! There are beautiful views of the lake from the deck! Bring your fishing pole, bike, kayak and hiking shoes and leave your worries at home! Our spacious brick house is located on the Guntersville side of Arab, AL. We are on 7 beautifully wooded acres of almost private surroundings. Relax in your adorable loft studio apartment. This is the second and newest unit on this property. It's located over our garage and has access through the garage so guests do not have to enter the main house to get to this unit. It contains all the amenities listed here and has access to the pool and basketball court just like the other units.

The space
This space is a private loft suite located above the garage of my large brick home. It features a very comfortable queen sized bed with 4 pillows that have different firmness for you to choose from. It also has a love seat sized couch, directly across from the 42 inch TV with Netflix available. The bath has a custom tile shower and sliding barn door.
You will have a private entrance through the garage and parking right outside your door. Come and go at anytime, you will not disturb anyone.
My house is located at the end of a dead end street. It has a very "living in the country" feeling, yet it is in the city limits of Arab. A large in-ground pool and lighted basketball/tennis court is available for your use weather permitting.
South Parkway in Huntsville is only 20-22 minutes away on Hwy 231. It's an easy commute if you are staying with us while working in Huntsville. The Sparkman Center on Redstone Arsenal is only 35 minutes away. Guntersville Lake is only 12 minutes away if you enjoy world class bass fishing, hiking, boat racing or just visiting the man made beach at Guntersville State Park.

Guest have access to their unit through our garage. They also have access to the pool (when open) and the basketball court year round.

I also offer a very nice self-inflating queen sized air mattress, with sheets and blanket for the floor if needed. It's an additional $10 a day, but if you need one at least you wouldn't have to buy one just for your trip. Please message me when booking the room if you need the air mattress. Tell me how many nights you need it and I'll send you an separate request for payment for the air mattress through Airbnb. Pay for the air mattress and I'll have it in your room when you arrive.

Welcome to the cozy Downtown Loft at downtown Arab! The space is decorated in warm neutrals and accented with pops of color. It offers a King bed, a sectional sofa, and air mattress. The loft features a full kitchen equipped with everything needed for making meals. It also has a washer & dryer for your convenience. This location is surrounded by various local shops and restaurants, making your stay easy and convenient.

The space
The Downtown Loft is a cozy loft featuring one bedroom and one bathroom. The bedroom includes a King bed, a spacious closet, and a smart television. For additional sleep space, there is an air mattress located in the closet that is available for use. The bathroom features a tub/shower and a standard size vanity. Across from the bathroom is the laundry area, which has a washing machine and dryer to be used at the guest's convenience. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, and dish washer. There is a small table in a nook in between the living area and kitchen that could be used to eat dinner or as a work space. The living room area is spacious and provides a sectional couch, along with a smart television. Just off the living room is the front balcony overlooking the view of the downtown area.

We welcome you to unique upscale Condominiums in the Holler. The building was constructed over an urban aqueduct in early 1900s. In 2023, the condominiums were designed and constructed in the ground level which is sixteen steps below street level. In the early 1900s this space was used as a hardware store. Located in the heart of the city, walk across the street to popular venues, restaurants, shopping, spas, places of worship and conveniently located to local attractions/parks.

The space
The building was constructed over an urban aqueduct in early 1990s. A hardware store occupied the space, the open basement area was used for storing bananas, produce, seeds, and store supplies. This area of the city was called the Holler. Throughout the years, the street level commercial spaces housed many different businesses. In 2022, BBR purchased the building and renovated the street level commercial units, restoring original ceiling tins and hardwood floors. In 2023, the two ground level (16 steps below the street) condominiums were designed and completed in the previous open storage space. The condominiums were designed around unique features that remain from the 1900s hardware storage. The condos were decorated applying local history and showcasing artists and the community.

Guests may enjoy the outdoor patio and the common green space. Outdoor string lights are on a timer from 4:30-9:30PM and can be adjusted by the host upon request.
