- "Really enjoyed my stay at Alice beside the Sea. I rented the two bedroom unit, was originally booked for the studio, but Alice upgraded me to the unit, much appreciated. The property has everything, all guests need to do is provide their own groceries. There is a washing machine and a dryer around the side of the unit if required. Location is very close to a paved walking path and a bit further on is bush track which follows the coast. If you don't have a car, it is only a two block walk to the nearest bus stop and a small shopping precinct. In conclusion a lovely, quiet place to stay where you can hear the waves hitting the beaches and the hum of ships engines as they enter or leave the mouth of the Mersey river."

Please use fan/rangehood over stovetop whilst cooking, and open windows if necessary, we do have smoke alarms and being part of a larger building, if activated may incur a call-out fee for emergency (fire) services.
Used towels etc, please leave on the bathroom or laundry floor upon departure.
Please do not rearrange any of the furniture or appliances as this can damage the items, or being heavier items such as lounges can be time consuming too heavy for our cleaners. This includes removing cables from the TV's.

There is only timed street parking available, although there are $5 a day parking options nearby and parking is free on Sundays. The area is also served by public transport, and walking is always an option – you are pretty much within the heart of Devonport in this location

The apartment even has a bread maker. There is also a washing machine. Payne Avenue Carpark: $5.30 all day parking ($2.30 Saturday) located a few minutes walk (190m away). Free from 6:00 PM to 8:30 AM Monday to Friday, from 2:30 PM onwards on Saturdays, and all day Sunday.
Multi-Storey Carpark: Available for just $5.50 per day on the top floor of the multi-storey carpark located at the corner of Best Street and Fenton Way, less than 150 meters from the property.
