The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils that you could think of. A fry pan, toasting sandwich maker, plunger coffee, coffee capsule machine, a large variety of teas, pots & pans and oven accessories are a few of the extras included in the apartment. The apartment even has a bread maker. There is also a washing machine. A new addition to the apartment is a Home G/Nest to help you to find what you want to know and play music for your listening pleasure.

Payne Avenue Carpark: $5.30 all day parking ($2.30 Saturday) located a few minutes walk (190m away). Free from 6:00 PM to 8:30 AM Monday to Friday, from 2:30 PM onwards on Saturdays, and all day Sunday.

Multi-Storey Carpark: Available for just $5.50 per day on the top floor of the multi-storey carpark located at the corner of Best Street and Fenton Way, less than 150 meters from the property.
