This Apartment is the lower floor of the house where I live.
It has been recently created and is practical and of modern design.
It has its own bathroom, kitchen( outdoor cooking facilities) and Covered Patio, outdoor setting, ideal for a hot or cold drink outside, in a very serene and relaxing environment
It is in a very quiet area, being 50 m away from the road,
. The queen size Bed is very accommodating for a good night sleep, and should you have a 3rd guest, a single mattress is available ($15 extra per night )
A lovely park (Poimena) dominating panoramic views on top of the street. The famous Mona Museum and resort only few minutes away. and Cadbury within walking distance. Other parks and walking tracks make you feel like going for a walk every morning ( I do.)
Claremont village is 3 min away ( 15 min walk).
The apartment is very accommodating, generous and practical.
There are always some basic food to keep you going.
Tee, coffee, bread milk, butter, jam, cereals....

The reason I listed my Apartment and decided to rent it out is mainly to make friends and interact with people from all over the world ( if they like to).

- "READ THE FINE PRINT! no fridge, no tv, no utilities. Very noisy. " - "Unfortunately I didn’t enjoy my stay at this property for a number of reasons. The best part is it had a bed and I spent as much time out of the room as possible. Access what difficult as the driveway full of cars and not enough walking room to get past. No lighting at night so definitely use your phone torch. No sink although the shower and toilet was the best part. Windows are in a poor condition, whilst shut and a bit of a storm the blind was moving a lot and drafty. No fridge, a mini one could have made a huge difference. You can hear everything from the house including the toddle that screamed every night. Not the little ones fault but affected the experience. Mattress was not great unfortunately and had a few bites on legs. Actually happened whilst sleeping in the bed and one on my hand. Such a shame as the house looks a bit run down and needs a bit of love. Anyway Hobart and people are awesome. "

Privately nestled in the heart of up and coming Glenorchy, this stylish studio apartment awaits.

You’ll be just a short drive away from the restaurant/cafe strip of nearby Moonah and then the trendy North Hobart zone, where you’ll find a host of top-notch eateries, bars and cafes to explore.

This King bed Studio is perfect for a city getaway, romantic stay or Hobart business trip.
The comfortable king bed is fitted with commercial quality white cotton sheets, king and queen pillows, a quilt and very warm furry overlay. (extra pillows and bedding are also available in the wardrobe).
Although part of the main house, the studio is completely self contained, quite and private with its own private entrance, (and is not accessible from the main house).

Your space also includes a relaxing, afternoon sun filled, private deck, which has beautiful views of the Hobart Mountain scape.

An Electric BBQ is also available for use.

The Studio is fitted with a heating and cooling heat pump and a freestanding fan (if you do not wish to use the heat pump).

The walls are adorned with interesting Art and there is a small table and chairs for you to enjoy your complementary first morning breakfast (including Coffee, Tea, Cereal, milk and bread and spreads).

There is a small kitchenette in the accommodation (if you would like to do some cooking). This includes a microwave, rice cooker, kettle, counter top oven, two hotplates and all cutlery, crockery, glassware, and cooking pots/pans that you will need during your stay.

Tony (The Host), is currently residing in the main house and while there is not a washing machine / dryer within the accommodation, you are more than welcome to use the main houses machines should you wish (free of charge).

There are also drying racks in the studio if you do not wish to use the dryer.
If you need children's items such as high chair, porta-cot etc they are also available upon request, just ask Tony.
