You are welcome in my apartment ! It is ideally situated quite in the town center of Annecy. Therefore you will be able to reach easily in a few minutes walk the main tourist attractions. For instance, within a 2 minute walk, you will reach the train and bus station, in a 5 minute walk the charming old city, its market, castle and old prison and in 8 minutes you will discover the wonderful lake of Annecy, one of the purest of Europe where you can either swim or sail with the several existing cruises. Everything can be done by foot or using the public means of transport, scooters or bikes. If you arrive by car, an external secure parking place, reachable within a 5 minute walk from the flat, is available for you.

In the apartment, everything has been thought to make sure you will be confortable. It has been fully renewed and equipped (smart TV, free internet, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer, oven and microwave, and even tee, coffee (nespresso machine), sugar, oil, salt, pepper and spices. You will spend wonderfull nights in the brandly new bed (for 2 persons) in this independant romantic bedroom with a large dressing. - "Wonderful stay at this fantastic apartment. The apartment has everything you could wish for for a family holiday, its like a home from home. Right next to the cycle path, so super easy and safe to get around with the kids on bikes. Adult bikes are provided and we hired a child trailer from the hire shop down the road. There is a riding stable for little kids within walking distance which our kids loved, and a new adventure climbing park fir smaller kids just opened near the beach, 1km down the cycle path in St Jorioz. There is a supermarket within easy walking distance, The lake is very close, and lovely safe swimming beaches with a play park, both in Sevrier and St Jorioz, down the cycle path in both directions."

- "Efficiently laid out small studio on fourth and last floor of an old building with no elevator. When folded out, the bed takes up most of the space. Recently renovated, clean and well maintained. No street noise though you can hear people in the hallway who are staying in other units. Being on last floor it got stuffy at times and could have used a fan. Appreciated available toast, butter, jam, orange juice, milk, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Best thing about it is its location in pedestrian area of historic center and proximity to train station. Residence with beach and private pontoon accessible via an underground that passes under the road. The Annecy-Albertville cycle path passes just behind the Residence. No Wifi, shared washing machine. Magnificent view of the lake and the mountains.

Accommodation on the 3rd and last floor, without elevator. Former hotel dating from the end of the 19th century, the studio is 24 m2 plus 10 m2 of mezzanine. Under the roofs, with sloping ceilings, the exceptional setting with small beach and private pontoon! underpass under the road to access the lake), cycle path, and small and medium hike from the residence. Come with your bikes and you can do without the car. Commerce at 3 and 5 km.

Guest access
Access by road. Bus service from Annecy bus station -Annecy-Albertville line--, Bredannaz stop-. Several car parks in front, next to and behind the Residence (accessible via the Chemin des Lanches which passes under the cycle path. The access path to the bike pit is at the end of the upper car park. Possibility to go by boat to Annecy from the pier in Duingt (30 min walk by the cycle path (timetable on the website of the Lake Annecy boat company).
