- "We had a fabulous time staying here. The house was very clean and spacious. We were two families with four little kids and we had plenty of room in the house. (High chair and cot provided.) The views from the house and yard were phenomenal! The hosts were welcoming. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and taking a dip in the cold lake (we were there in April.) *Note: The hot tub did take a bit of practice getting the temperature right... it was often too cold or too hot! The property was great for kids. There was a slide off of the porch which entertained the kids endlessly. There was a fabulous back garden with swings, a play structure, balls, etc. We had a lovely Easter egg hunt in the back... so much room for kids to run around in a safe space. The location was convenient- down the street from Lidl and other stores, a block from the bike path, and a close drive to Annecy town center. We will definitely return again! Thank you!"

Just a 15-minute walk from the lake, tennis courts, shops, restaurants, and forest trails, and one minute from the bike path, it's an ideal location for exploring and enjoying the region.

Midway between the village and Mont Veyrier, the villa enjoys breathtaking views of the lake and the surrounding mountains.

The property is spread over three levels:
The ground floor comprises a large entrance hall leading to a fully renovated and fully equipped kitchen, opening onto the living room and outdoor terrace. For meals, you have the choice of the indoor dining area or a large dining table on the outdoor terrace adjacent to the dining room! On this same level is the TV/reading/games lounge, as well as a toilet and a laundry room.
The living room is spacious, rich in reading material, and has a television corner.
These rooms all open onto the lakeside terrace.

The first level includes three large double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds.

To reach the lake, you'll need to walk another 5 to 10 minutes to La Brune Beach. You can also reach a few small public beaches along the Chemin des Guerres between Veyrier and Menthon. La Brune Beach is a public beach with a restaurant and a paddling pool for children. Several excellent restaurants are available along the waterfront. From Veyrier, you can take the boat shuttle to tour Lake Annecy and visit Annecy's old town.
The villa is also at the foot of Mont Veyrier, where you'll find countless trails leading through the forest and up to the mountaintops, where you'll find breathtaking views of the lake. Our grandparents fell in love with Lake Annecy and the village of Veyrier du Lac over 25 years ago. It became our favourite holiday destination.

Our parents were lucky enough to buy the cottage a few years later during their first visit to Annecy. We quickly became attached to this house which became very special for our family. Our passion for decoration led us to completely transform this place, each room has been redesigned; every object has been carefully selected to offer a typical place unlike any other holiday home. We have put all our heart and energy into making this house truly unique.
