This three-bedroom, two-bathroom second floor apartment is situated inside the medieval city walls of the old town of Annecy, just inside the Perrière gate. Spread over 92m², it is set up to welcome six guests.
The decor has funky contemporary touches and there are subtle references to swans throughout. Real swans areto be found just down the road, on the canals and the lake. Bedrooms are spacious, there is lots of storage space, and a great open plan kitchen/dining lounge space.
All in all, we think you and your group will be as enthusiastic as we are about this amazing property! Enjoy!

Please note there is no lift in this ancient building, and there are 32 steps from street level to the front door of the apartment. There is no A/C system per se, but standing fans with a cooling system that helps during eventual heat waves.

We enjoyed skiing in La Croix Fry a nice family ski resort in the Aravis mountain range (30 minutes by car) The ski passes are very reasonable compared to other resorts. the drive going up is really beautiful , old typical chalets covered by snow in the preserved Manigod Valley. The apartment is very clean and cozy in the winter and has beautiful view on the lake and garden. The owners are very helpful and discreet. I highly recommend this vacation rental!"

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom second floor apartment is situated inside the medieval city walls of the old town of Annecy, just inside the Perrière gate. Spread over 92m², it is set up to welcome six guests.
The decor has funky contemporary touches and there are subtle references to swans throughout. Real swans are to be found just down the road, on the canals and the lake. Bedrooms are spacious, there is lots of storage space, and a great open plan kitchen/dining lounge space.
All in all, we think you and your group will be as enthusiastic as we are about this amazing property! Enjoy!
