We were upgraded to two bedroom suite which was very comfortable for family of four, with excellent views of lake and chateau. Room clean and well decorated. Resturante attached overpriced for fairly pedestrian food but good service and fantastic setting. Could improve by extending wifi beyond albeit nice reception area to rooms." - "This is a small hotel sited mid-Lake Annecy. We were in a "mini apartment". When we booked we were a bit concerned about the bed as it was a pull-out couch conversion - not a problem, very comfortable. The hotel has a private beach and has imported sand to make it more enjoyable for children. The staff are very helpful and efficient. There are lots of good restaurants near by. However you really need a car to enjoy all that the area has to offer."

- "The cottage is very nice and perfect for a family (or 4/5 persons). The condition is "like new"; you have a nice patio with a stunning view of Ajaccio; the last part of the road is a little steep and narrow, but once inside the property you have your own, wide, space to park. Air conditioning, dishwasher and washing machine are included. The hosts are vere precise and discreet. Near the pool there's a barbecur you can use. Very raccomanded."

- "This place is perfect, I have never had my "own river" as a pool, which on top was warm, clean and just one stair away from the house. The house was great. I put 4 stars for cleanes only because there have been some spider nets around and a bunch of 2cm long ants on the way to the toilet, which is not waht you expect from a "real house", but hey, we did not really mind as this is no "real house", but the perfect match between camping flair and having a fridge and a kitchen to cook not crawling around on the ground. the ants did not bother us, but kept the place clean and also the rest was just awesom. YOu have your privacy towarsd the neighbour house/tent, but still can have nice contact if you want - perfect for two families having vacation together. We had a very nice stay, thanks, Jörg"
