La Bergerie at Can Llouquette is a recently renovated holiday apartment, ideally suited for up to four people, though one additional baby can also be accommodated. It is private, has it’s own entrance, a well-equipped kitchen, living room, one double bedroom with ensuite, and a twin bedroom with ensuite. It also has it’s own terrace with BBQ and garden furniture. This terrace overlooks the stream.

Can Llouquette itself is an old apple farmstead with several buildings set in 20 acres. It has a large child-friendly pool set in a mature garden with lawn surrounded by forest and hills. We have a vegetable garden, meadows and about 1km of stream which has a plunge pool, picnic tables, BBQ, swings (and in high summer hammocks).

What makes Can Llouquette extra special is that it is set in its very own little valley. It is extremely private with no neighbours. We are surrounded by nature and there is no light pollution so the night sky is a delight. At night all you are likely to hear is the stream, the fountain, owls, boar and the occasional bark of roe deer. We have our own animals including chickens. Gorgeous mountain walks are possible from the house and within a short driving distance.

This is real unadulterated nature. It is stunningly beautiful and peaceful and at times capricious and unpredictable it is nature as few city people encounter in modern life. For us it is intoxicating. We have had to learn to become totally self-reliant. If you are the kind of person that thrives on busy towns and constant connectivity it is most likely not for you: we have no TVs, mobile reception is poor in the mountains, we do have Wifi (but we cannot always guarantee that because of storms). But instead of this you get the sound of the river, glorious sunshine, occasional wild summer storms, balmy evenings and lots and lots of peace.

It is this that makes it the perfect peaceful rural location to escape modern life, because you are truly enveloped in nature. The perfect place to detox and completely disengage from the pressures of the daily grind.

And yet, amidst all of this peace, our small village with bakery, cafe and restaurant is only 5 minutes away. And the sleepy medieval villages and market towns of Serralongue, Prats-de-Mollo and Amélie-les-Bains as well as Céret (and Camprodon in Spain) are all within easy driving distance. Wonderful seaside towns like Collioure on the Mediterranean and the beaches and bays of the Côte Vermeille are only an hour away.

This is the Eastern Pyrenees, the most southerly valley in France. It is an area of outstanding natural beauty only thirty miles from the Mediterranean at the start of the Pyrenean mountain range. We are only 25 minutes from Spain and can be reached from Girona or Barcelona, as well as Perpignan airports. In fact there are six airports that service this area. We are happy to give advice on travel.

We have four restored private and secluded holiday cottages for rental:

Each accommodation is secluded and private so you can choose how much or how little you wish to interact with ourselves and the other guests.

The chalet is located 5km from Artouste station, famous for its little train and seasonal activities, 15km from Formigal, 25km from Gourette resort.
Numerous hiking starts including the GR10.

the downstairs bedroom has 2 beds (140 and 90) and an umbrella bed.
the living room upstairs can be used as a bedroom with a sofa bed convertible in 160 and a convertible heater in 90.

The space
The 30 m² chalet is 1200 m above sea level, located in an exceptional setting, overlooking the mountains and with luck you can observe our friends of nature.

Accessible by communal road (200 m) and private road (200 m).

Be careful, winter can be snowy and you risk leaving the car at the bottom of the municipal road (there is about 400 m to walk) even with snow tires or chains, snow removal by storm is random (ski resorts are privileged...), so you just need to bring snowshoes :)

- Don't give anything to the animals ( horses, donkeys... )

Our house is a real spacious 140 m2 barn, facing south on the heights of the village with stunning views of the Aulon pine forest.
You will appreciate it for its calm and comfort.

Through the main entrance, you will enjoy a beautiful bright living room that is carefully decorated.
A living room, dining room, open plan kitchen and pantry.
A toy box, DVDs and books are available to our guests.
The lower level consists of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with 2 sinks, a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
The house is equipped with mosquito nets, essential in summer.

Guests have access to the entire home.

For parking your vehicle, you have a parking lot available 20 m away, however for unloading, you can pull up right in front of the house.

Other things to note
Aulon is a real mountain village, it is essential for winter stays to come with the necessary equipment, preferably chains.

> Cable cars and cable cars from Saint-Lary (on-site parking), 15 minutes by car

* Espiaube 1600 m (Saint-Lary-Soulan):
> 25 min. drive then cable cars to switch to the other side of the resort (parking on site, shuttle for access to Pla-d'Adet if desired)

* Peyragude 30kms
* Val Louron 21kms
* Piau-Engaly 31 kms
> 30 to 40 minutes by car depending on the resort (mountain roads)

Being away but close to the resort, being able to enjoy a beautiful mountain village with tranquility in addition without the influx of ski resorts.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family.
The chalet is a 70 m2 T4, it is located in Eyne station 2600 1 min drive from the ski slopes. Accessible by 1 outdoor staircase, it has a private garden and sunshine until bedtime. Facing Font Romeu and at the top of the Carlit, you will enjoy an exceptional view of the Pyrenees 2000,the Pics Peric, the Angles, etc.The chalet is comfortable and well-equipped, it is perfect for 8 people.

It is strictly forbidden to charge an electric vehicle. The electrical installation does not have a standard plug and the power needed to be able to carry out an electrical charge. Any problems ( whatever they are) resulting from this breach will be the responsibility of the tenant.

Nestled in the heart of a wild valley in the Hautes-Pyrénées between Lourdes and Argeles-Gazost, the cab'ânes du Pibeste and their four-legged friends welcome you all year round. The wooden hut and the chalet are located in a green setting at the foot of the Pic du Pibeste. They are made of noble materials to allow you to spend a cocooning moment out of time and to enjoy nature.

The space
Spacious Tiny house with a large double bed (160 cm), a dining area equipped with a refrigerator, a kettle and a coffee maker. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink and a toilet. The private outdoor terrace faces the Pic du Pibeste. A relaxing corner with no facing walls allows you to enjoy the peace and quiet where an outdoor wood-fired bathtub is available as an option. To stay connected to civilization, the Tiny is equipped with Wifi. Sheets and towels are provided. Full breakfast is included. Private parking is available.

This beautiful very bright house faces south and you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the mountains (Val Louron) especially from the superb balcony, the dining room or the terrace.

This newly built home benefits from quality materials and thus very good insulation

The chalet is arranged in two independent homes. This is the right side of the house when you look at the photo

You enter through the central door and the accommodation and located on the right side.

The garage is not accessible
