Our rental property is located in a safe,quiet clean neighborhood minutes away from all major highways to NYC. To be exact we are 16.5 miles away from the Lincoln Tunnel.

Master bedroom has 2 full size beds, a dresser, nightstand, private full bathroom, ceiling fan, a huge closet, double sliding doors that opens up to a beautiful deck and a beautiful new flat screen TV. The private bathroom is equipped with toilet, shower and tub ,sink and cabinet with a mirror.

Bedroom # 2 has 2 full size beds, closet, dresser, ceiling fan, and a new flat screen TV.

Bedroom # 3 has 1 full size beds, closet,dresser, ceiling fan, and a new flat screen TV.

Our daily rate is considered to be a minimum 3 night stay during the weekdays. We can accommodate 10 guests comfortably.

Guest(s) agree to not exceed more than the number of people stated in the reservations. Rental guests will use premises in a way as to not disturb nor offend any guest. PARKING:
2 cars can be parked on the driveway back to back. Oversized vehicles, such as commercial vans or extra large SUV will need to park on the street. We will not be responsible for street parking fines.

It has lots of sleeping areas, 2 nice big tvs in the sitting areas, nicely decorated with many nice upgrades. It was nice to arrive after 9+ hours of driving to find snacks and drinks provided by our host. I did have to speak to the host on the phone and via text. She was friendly and extremely helpful, We ended up extending our stay for a day and that was an easy process. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again in the future."
