Please wash all dishes that you use, remove food that you`ve brought in, and discard all trash. Our rental property is located in a safe,quiet clean neighborhood minutes away from all major highways to NYC. To be exact we are 16.5 miles away from the Lincoln Tunnel.

Master bedroom has 2 full size beds, a dresser, nightstand, private full bathroom, ceiling fan, a huge closet, double sliding doors that opens up to a beautiful deck and a beautiful new flat screen TV. The private bathroom is equipped with toilet, shower and tub ,sink and cabinet with a mirror.

Bedroom # 2 has 2 full size beds, closet, dresser, ceiling fan, and a new flat screen TV.

Bedroom # 3 has 1 full size beds, closet,dresser, ceiling fan, and a new flat screen TV.

The second bathroom has a sink,toilet,shower with tub and a cabinet with mirror.

Our daily rate is considered to be a minimum 3 night stay during the weekdays. We can accommodate 10 guests comfortably.

Guest(s) agree to not exceed more than the number of people stated in the reservations. Rental guests will use premises in a way as to not disturb nor offend any guest. PARKING:
2 cars can be parked on the driveway back to back. Oversized vehicles, such as commercial vans or extra large SUV will need to park on the street. We will not be responsible for street parking fines.

It has lots of sleeping areas, 2 nice big tvs in the sitting areas, nicely decorated with many nice upgrades. It was nice to arrive after 9+ hours of driving to find snacks and drinks provided by our host. I did have to speak to the host on the phone and via text. She was friendly and extremely helpful, We ended up extending our stay for a day and that was an easy process. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again in the future."

The space
The apartment has two bedrooms that sleep two people each for a total of four people. It has a living room and kitchen open space as well as a bathroom with a bidet toilet.

Guest access
The entrance is down the driveway and through the back Garden and Pool. It is your private entrance. The pool is not included but you may use the Garden. The pool is booked separately for events.

Other things to note
Note that there is ALTERNATE side of the street parking on Thursday, Thursdays, and Fridays. This means you can park in front of the house on Thursdays but across the street on Fridays.

We have two small elderly dogs who played in the garden briefly in the morning and evening.

We also have anaphylactic allergic reactions to all selfish, so please do not cook any shellfish while you were visiting!

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker and crock-pot. Stainless steel appliances are a dishwasher, microwave, gas stove and refrigerator. Kitchen has a ceiling fan. The center island in the kitchen has 2 bar stools and the dining area can seat 6 people.

Surrounding Area:
Neighborhood is located in the perfect place for a fun filled family vacation. We are located only one (1) block from the NJ buses to the greatest shopping areas in NJ. These buses take you to the Garden State Plaza, Bergen Town Center Outlets; surroundings shopping areas are Paramus Park and Willow Brook Mall. NJ transit buses or trains will take you to NYC.

The Great Falls is the second-highest on the east coast (second only to Niagara). The Great Falls thunders over a rocky ledge, 70 feet deep, about 60 feet wide to a broad basin descending 20 feet through trap rock and sandstone to the City of Paterson.

Rental details:
Our daily rate is considered to be a minimum two-night stay up to six (6) people. During your reservation you will be REQUIRED to pay an additional fee of $15 per person daily. These fees will be added to the rental agreement. Accommodations can be made - Please call or email for special rates and or discounts.


Property Description:

Separate front entrance within our secured home, security cameras watches our home 24x7. Forced Heat and Central AC throughout the apartment. Heat/AC, smoke detection and carbon monoxide are monitored by Nest Home Protection.

We have hardwood floors and tiles throughout the apartment.

FREE High Speed Wi-Fi, information is available after you reserve or booking is confirmed.

Cleaning is provided by a Professional Cleaning Agency. The cleaning fees are per reservation and expect you to abide by the house rules. Please YOU MUST CLEAN the apartment before checkout. Cleaning cost is paid up front and your party is expected to clean out before your departure. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning services if the place is left dirty.

Checking in:
After reservation is made - You will receive a detailed email with our house rules and how to obtain the property keys. “Late night arrivals are welcomed”

If our place is NOT rented by other guest(s) the day before check in or the day after of check out, the lesser will have flexibility to select the time of check in and check out

*Deposit details:
Deposit are Required for our rental for protection, we have the right to charge an additional cost upon arrival if needed.

A Laundromat is three blocks away; you can drop off and pickup. You have two local stores for last minute snacks. Owners live on the property. The unit is always kept fresh and as clean. There are two parking spaces for your use on the right side of the home's driveway. NO Parking on our DRIVEWAYS. Additional street parking is at no cost; please obey the street signs and the alternate side street rules.

SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED, in the apartment or on the property *Evidence of pets may result in a partial or complete loss of security deposit.

*ZERO TOLERANCE: Guest and the members of his party shall not used or permit to be brought into the property any illegal controlled substances, Owner lives on property; if a violation is occurred the owner may terminate this agreement without notice and Guest(s) shall vacate the premises immediately.

*Check Out Procedure: Guest(s) shall leave premises in neat and undamaged condition. All dishes must be washed and put away.

*All food must be removed from refrigerator and cabinets. All trash removed and placed outside the unit into the wastebasket provided by property owner. Furniture must be placed in its original location.

All major highways are less then 2 minutes way, with lots of shopping near by. Chinese, Spanish and Italian restaurants that deliver and even have dine in during normal business hours.

We are just 15 minutes by car to the George Washington Bridge and 20 minutes from the Lincoln Tunnel. Great way to see NYC and Manhattan Museum’s.
