1 hour by car from King Shaka Airport in Durban ± 97klm (60 miles) there is a smaller airport which is closer at Margate. Flights there are a little more expensive, but much less traffic and a bit closer. (71 klm or 44 miles). So it's worth consideration.

Direct route via N2 highway to the property. Try to make your journey easier by arriving in the day time and avoid peak afternoon traffic which can be very heavy also early morning 8 - 9:30.

No sea view from the unit, however, the beach is just across the road.
This unit consists of bedroom with a queen bed, kitchen, diner and lounge (with a sofa bed) and own enclosed garden. This unit is pet friendly (small pets) We require no noise from 22H30 and no smoking inside the unit.

Our newly refurbished, very comfortable and well equipped two bed room unit is situated in a complex which is literally just a stone throw from the swimming beach.

The space
The Unit is situated on the first floor which is accessible by steps and has secure undercover parking. The unit also comprises of 1-bathroom, open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a balcony. Air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, an OpenView decoder and a DVD player. Communal braai facilities, playing areas and swimming pool. The complex is protected by Pennington Crime Watch (number plate recognition CCTV cameras at all entrances to Pennington), a very active neighbourhood watch and police surveillance, electric operated gate with a coded door, a night time guard and a manager that stays on the premises.
Shopping facilities on ground floor which includes a Restaurant, a Pharmacy, a Laundromat, a Saferite, a Liquor Store and at the beach you will find the Impithi beach kiosk which also serves breakfasts and lunches.
