I called after more than 30 minutes and the guy says that they are sorting out the issue. Absolutely no regret for treating paying guests in this way, making them wait, not keeping them in the loop. Apology was half hearted and insincere. Just to try to get me of his case. I'm terribly disappointed! Seems like owners are only interested in making money whilst upkeep of their unit and guest comfort is not of any kind of concern to them. "
