Enjoy your stay at our large Penthouse which is located in a calm area close to the Luxembourg city center, with a beautiful view and large windows to enjoy the rays of sunshine.
The Penthouse is located on the second floor, it has a large living room with an open kitchen and a great dining table. One large bedroom with a partition wall and two separate large beds. The Penthouse is surrounded by two big terraces perfect to enjoy the sunsets.
The space
The appartment is located in our new modern house on it‘s highest floor. You can enter your penthouse from a generous glass corridor, from where the starecase will lead you to the second floor where you can enter the penthouse. Once your enter the penthouse there is a large living room awaiting you, with a sofa which can be opened to be a sofa bed.
The living room has generous windows from both sides which allow you to access the magnificent terraces which surround the penthouse. Next to the living room is a large fully furnished open kitchen, with an oven, an hotplate, a microwave and a refrigerator. The large dining table allows up to six people to be seated. Here again the large windows offer a great view while having diner.
The moden bathroom, has everything one may need, with an elegant italian shower and a window on the roof which provides a lot of brightness during the day.
The large bedroom has one 180cm wide king size bed, a partition wall separates this bed from a second bed which is 140cm large. The bedroom also allows you access to the terrace.
