- "The property has a great location. You can walk just about everywhere or use the local bus system, which is very easy. Our host was gracious and helpful. The apartment is very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen in an open plan living area. The bedrooms are both doubles and again are very comfortable. It is very quiet at night. The situation of the apartment is ideal for exploring Metz being only steps from the cathedral, river and all amenities. There is parking under the shopping centre and because we were staying for 2 weeks, Marc, the owner helped us to get a reduced price ticket which was very good value. Communication with Marc was excellent and he met us on arrival and took us to the apartment. It was also easy to access the motorway network and we had trips to Nancy, the battlefield site of Verdun (the town is also very pleasant) and Saarbrucken (be warned, parking is a nightmare all within about 1 hour drive. We had a wonderful holiday and would recommend this apartment."

They even v hepfully provided a proper Italian coffee maker when we asked. The beds were quite firm, but the bath was most relaxing after the sightseeing! The only (small) issue was that we had to ask about directions to the flat and only had the address of the apartment block. When we arrived at the expected hour of 5pm we had to ring the owner and wait for some 15 mins to be let in. They had sent an email to check arrival time around 3pm whilst we were on our way but we did not see it. But overall, a very good stay."
